I hummed softly as I finished the dishes and put them away.

There wasn't much to do since this was my day off. It was rare that I took days off, but after last night, I'd decided to take a break. Harrison couldn't really complain. He felt that I should take a break too. Apparently he'd noticed my less than graceful behavior and thought I was on my period or something. Leave it to Harrison to make it a stupid excuse. But I guess it made sense, I had been quite irritable lately. After some semi good sleep however, I felt a bit better.

"You sound like a blue jay." G commented from my couch making me jump.

"Don't scare me like that." I frowned over at him. So much for my good mood.

I heard him chuckle as he got off my couch and walk over to me.

"I came over to apologize for following you a couple of days ago." He told me while putting something in my hand, it was a flower.

I rose a brow, G didn't seem like the type to apologize.

"So who told you to apologize?" I asked and heard him chuckle.

"Tori."

I wasn't expecting that answer. "Toriel? She knows about that?" I asked confused.

"No, she heard about how we'd met and..yeah. Anyways I decided to apologize for following you too, that way if she finds out, I can tell her I already apologized."

"So you don't have to do it again, Gotcha." I rolled my eyes before feeling the flower.

I wasn't hurt by the fact that he didn't want to apologize. I appreciated that he was apologizing at all.

"Thanks." I murmured.

"You've been a bit off lately, ya know." He told me and I heard him shift some.

"No duh, I haven't been sleeping lately." I said with a snort, it was pretty obvious that I was just cranky, Chris even said so after one of my shifts.

"Sorry for keeping you up." G chuckled and I sighed. Him and his cocky attitude.

"Yeah, please stop giving me nightmares." I told him while setting a hand on my hip. What? I could play this game too.

G was silent for a second before laughing at my remark.

"That was a good one." He nodded and I nodded back.

"Yes well, thank you for the flower, now please go away. I'm trying to rest today and I don't need anymore excitement."

"So I excite you?" He asked teasingly and I gave him a look which earned a chuckle.

"Yeah, yeah, I know what you mean, but what's been exciting ya Sweetheart?" He asked.

"Again with the nicknames?" I asked rubbing my temple.

"I'ma keep calling you them until I get your name." He told me simply. I rolled my eyes.

"Look, can you please leave?"

"You're always asking to be left alone." He told me giving me pause, I didn't say anything.

"I'll leave... See ya later Sweetheart." He told me before I felt something press against my cheek.

I blinked a bit startled when it vanished without a trace and it took me a second to realize what had just happened. Had G kissed my cheek?

It was weird. Actually, weird was an understatement. I wasn't used to that at all, but somehow...I didn't mind it all that much.
