Lilly's pov

I woke up to the smell of burning pancakes, I got up and ran to the kitchen. She noticed me and said let's go out for breakfast.

Yeah sounds good you need to learn to cook I said. I know but I just can't get it right she sighed. Then I walked up to my room and grabbed some clothes, at least it's Saturday.

After I got dressed I went to brush my teeth, but the toothpaste was empty.
MUM THERE IS NO MORE TOOTHPASTE I yelled.

WE WILL BY SOME WHEN WE ARE OUT she yelled back.

At Macas

Can I get a chicken wrap with coffee, a vanilla milkshake and a chicken burger please mum asked the cashier.

Sure that will be $23 the lady said.
When we were done we sat and talked, not just a normal talk like my whole story talk.

So let's go get grocerys mum said. Yeah let's go I said. As mum was driving a car drove straight onto us, I saw darkness straight after.

When I woke up the car was upside down, there was police and paramedics and stuff. But I was more concerned about mum, she wasn't moving or anything.

Hey your ok it's just me I'm a paramedic my name is Iain he said.
I... can't.... breathe..... I said.

Then he put an oxygen mask over me, I pulled it off and tried moving around. But he kept it on my face, I tried pulling his hands away but it was no use.

Then I saw them take mum and put her in another ambulance, I was stuck something fell on my stomach and I couldn't really move.

Ok so this is going to hurt I'm gonna need you to be brave for me ok he said. I shook my head rapidly I hated pain, come on we need to get it off you he said.

I was scared no no nn no no I kept saying. Sh sh you'll be ok he said. But then everything went dark, I couldn't see anything but I could hear voices.
