Lilly's pov

I sat in a corner with my head in my hands, I wanted my mum. then all of a sudden the door opened,

hello sweetie it's time for your meds the nurse said calmly.

No I yelled moving away.

come on sweety you need them she said.

WHAT I NEED IS MY MUM I screamed running to her and knocking everything down.

hey hey calm down she said grabbing my shoulders.

I felt like I couldn't breathe I was having a panic attack, just breathe in and out with me she said.

When I calmed down she gave me a hug and my meds, then she left and I curled up in a ball and cried.

   demi's pov

I couldn't sleep I missed her so much, did I do the right thing?. i started balling my eyes out I just want her to get better.

When I awoke I decided to do a special concert for mental heath, I want everyone to know it's ok someone is gonna be there for them.

so I organised a concert for next week on Wednesday, I'm gonna go see Lilly today I miss her so much.
