Laughing. Exactly what I was currently in the middle of. Dean and Sam were arguing over what to get for lunch. Naturally Sam wanted a salad and Dean wanted burgers. After a while I broke it up. "Okay you two, that's enough. Let's just go to the diner down the road and order whatever we want. Deal?" "Deal." They both said in unison.

-At the Diner-

"Hey Dean, can you pass me the ketchup?" I asked. He handed the bottle to me. "Thanks De." "De? You haven't called me that in a while. You okay Y/N?" Dean asked with a mouth full of food. "Yeah, I'm fine." I lied casually. Truth is, my anxiety is acting up. It feels like my heart is racing a mile a minute and I would break down in less than a minute. Before I know it though, I hear my name being shouted at me with Sam waving his hand in front of my face. "Y/N are you sure you're okay? I mean this is the second time you've been staring off into space today." Sam said concerned. I know I worry him all the time, but I don't want them to worry even more. Especially on the one day we don't have a hunt. "Yeah Sam. I swear I'm okay. Let's just finish eating and get out of here." "Not before I get pie." Dean said causing a slight laugh to leave me.

-After Lunch-

We were driving back to the bunker when I saw something. I'm sure I was just being paranoid, but I don't know... but it just set me off. I started to cry slightly. I thought I was quiet, but Dean stopped the car and They both turned around. "Y/N? Hey, what's wrong little-lun?" Dean asked me. Or was it something else? I don't know. I started to hyperventilate. "D-D... S-Sa." their names were cut off by short intakes of air. I started to cry harsher; more violent than the tear before.

3rd Person Pov

"Baby girl can you hear me?" Sam asked his younger sister. When he got no response, he got out of the car and went into the backseat with her. "Y/N its okay. Just breathe with me okay? Just breathe." Her vision started to get blurry. All sound but her own rapid breathing was tuned out. She couldn't hear the voices of her brothers. The voices of them asking each other what to do. Sam tried to wrap his arms around his sister, but she just scream. Screamed louder than they have ever hear her scream. "S-S-S... D-De." She couldn't get words out. She could only get sounds and letters out. Her breathing became shallower. Her body began to shake from lack of oxygen. There was only one thing left to do. Dean turned the key and drove as fast as he could to the hospital.

As soon as the three siblings got to the ER, Dean ran in and yelled for someone to help them. A few medical staff ran out and went straight to the car. Sam was still trying desperately to get Y/N to catch her breath and relax. When the nurses brought over a wheelchair to her side of the door-trying to get her out of the car- she screamed. "O-O-O-OFF!!!" They didn't listen, they just pulled her out of the car and quickly brought her into the ER and into bay 3. They lifted her onto the bed and tried to put an oxygen mask on her, but she was blocking her face. "Baby girl you need to let them help you okay? You need to take your hands away from your face. The sooner you do this, the sooner this is over." Dean said softly. Y/N just shook her head. Dean didn't know whether it was her trying to tell him she can't hear him or that she didn't want to move her hands.

The doctors tried to pull her hands away, but they were met will Y/N thrashing around and screaming. "DE!!! S-SAM!!!!!" Y/N just kept screaming anytime someone tried to touch her; including her brothers. One of the nurses turned to Dean and spoke, "Sir, we need your permission- due to her current state- to try and insert an I.V. that's the only way we can get a sedative into her system to calm her down." Dean just stared at his crying sister and nodded slightly. "Y-yeah. Yeah go ahead." The same nurse walked over with a needle to start the I.V. but was met with the most unholy scream that had ever left a human. The slightest tough that was placed on Y/N's arm caused her to thrash around; kicking and throwing her arms anywhere and everywhere.

"Everyone stop!" Sam yelled over his sister's screams. "Look, I  know you're just trying to help her, but let me try. Okay? If I can't then you're more than welcome to do whatever you want to get her to stop." The doctors soon agreed and left the room. Only Dean and Sam were left to calm the panic state that their sister was in.

(okay this might seem weird but when I had my panic attack not to long ago, my older sister was in the hospital room with me and sang my favorite Broadway song to me. So why not put that same song in the story.)

"Dear Theodosia, what to say to you? You have my eyes and you have your mother's name. When you came into the world you cried, and it broke my heart." Sam said/sang softly to his baby sister. Dean soon got the gist of what he was doing. "I'm dedicating everyday to you. Domestic life was never quite my style. When you smile... you knock me out, I fall apart, and I thought I was so smart. You will come of age with our young nation. We'll bleed and fight for you. And we'll make it right for you. If we lay a strong enough foundation, we'll pass it onto you, and we'll give the world to you and you'll blow us all way. Someday, Someday. Yeah you'll blow us all away. Someday, Someday." As Sam finished, they both realized their sister had calmed down massively. They're not sure if it was from lack of oxygen or just from her calming down. "Hey baby girl, you're okay. You're just fine. No one is going to hurt you." Dean said. Just then, Y/N nodded her head slightly and passed out.
