Harry POV

"Louis!", the elderly women exclaims as she opens the door.

She pulls him in a hug and he rubs her back. I smile at the sight of Louis and his grandma. I wish I saw my grandparents more often.

"Grandma! Hi, love, how are you?", he asks her, still holding on to her tiny body. I can see who Louis got his tininess from.

"I'm great now you're here. I haven't seen you in so long, Louis", she starts. "You should come over more often."

It isn't until she pulls away from Louis that she notices me.

"Louis? Would you mind introducing me to this young man", she smiles at Louis, already knowing what's going on.

"Yes of course." Louis grabs my hands and our fingers intertwine.

"Grandma, this is my boyfriend, Harry", he says and smiles proudly.

"Hi ma'am. It's so nice to meet you, Louis has told me a lot about you", I reach out for the woman to shake my hand but instead she pulls me in a hug too.

"Oh little Lou, finally found himself a boyfriend, a handsome one too", she says as she embraces me.

"Nice to meet you Harry", she smiles at us and Louis and I are both smiling very widely too.

"Now please come in, I want to hear everything", she demands and we chuckle.

"Thank you ma'am", I say politely and she shakes her head.

"Please don't call me that, just call me grandma", she nods, "I am everyone's grandma."

"Okay, if you say so, grandma."

Sit down please, make yourself at home. I'll make us some tea', she walks out of the room to what I assume is the kitchen.

"She accepts us, Lou", I state and smile widely. This makes me very happy.

"Of course she does, I told you she would." A grin spreads on his face.

"I know you did, but seeing her accept us in real life is a bit better", he looks at me with a fond smile on his face.

"You're right", he agrees. "This is the best coming out so far."

"Definitely", I nod.

"But let's not think about our parents now okay? This is a great moment", I say and he nods. "Yeah, this is great."

I wrap my arm around his waist and quickly kiss his lips.

"I love you", he rests his head on my shoulder and I rest my arm around his waist.

"I love you too", I plant a kiss on his head.

Suddenly I hear someone squeal, I look up to see Louis' grandma standing in the door with tea in her hands.

"Already saying 'I love you' huh?", she smiles widely.

"How long have you two been together?"

"Almost six months", I reply proudly.

"Next week", Louis' adds and I nod. Next week is our six month anniversary.

"That's such a long time! How come I didn't know about this before?"

"Um, yeah. We came out to both our parents about three months ago and they took it very badly, yelling and even kind of disowning. I guess we just needed some time. Sorry grandma", he explains with a frown on his face and I squeeze his hand.

"Oh there's nothing to apologize for dear. I'm sorry about your parents, and who disowned who? If I may ask?", she says with a sad smile.

"My dad", I reply sadly.

"He lives in Holmes Chapel. I moved here with my mother, my stepdad and my sister about eight months ago. My mum, dad and stepdad never accepted me, my sister fortunately does. I'm lucky to have her for some kind of support", I explain the situation.

"Oh", the woman says. "I'm sorry to hear that. I don't understand why people can be so homophobic. You two deserve all the love in the world."

"Thanks grandma", Louis smiles at his grandma who grabs his hand. "I'll always support you. The both of you", she states.

"Thank you."

"Grandma? Do you remember that stay in London you gave me for my birthday?", Louis asks her as we finish our tea.

She nods, "Yeah I do. What about it?" She looks at him with a questioning face.

"Well, Harry and I went to London. We just got back actually, it was great. Thank you so much for that, we had a great time", he explains and I nod frantically.

"It was amazing, thank you so much", I smile.

"Ah that's lovely! You're absolutely welcome loves. London is a beautiful city. Now tell me about your stay. How was it? What did you do? What places did you visit? Did you have fun?", she shoots the question at us.

Louis and I tell her about our stay and before we know, it's time to go home.

"Bye grandma", Louis embraces her in a tight hug. "We'll come over soon", he promises.

After they pull away I embrace the woman as well.

"Thank you for everything", I smile. 'It was great meeting you. I'll see you soon."

"Keep him, Louis. He's great", she says, causing me to blush. "Thank you", I murmur and Louis grins widely.

"I was planning on keeping him. He's amazing", he agrees with his grandma, making me blush an ever darker shade of red.

"Let's go now, love", he takes my hand in his after we wave his grandma goodbye one more time, going home.
