Neil was under treatment. After a 3 to 5 days he came to conscious state.
"Avni.... Avni...." he murmered while the doctors rushed to him.
"can you listen me?..." the doctor asked
"Haa... My Avni... Avni..." he continously taking his name while the flashes of her came to the his mind
As it was assumed as suicide case police started to investigate Neil.
"Haa... Thomas... He tried to kill Avni... I know him very well.... He is my friend's father....and his partners killed Avni....and Avni was screaming someone name... Vo... Vo... Ke... Haa.. Ketan... ketan he too killed my Avni.... Please I want my Avni..please sir... ." he said as the police officer work for Ketan
He shared everything to ketan. While Ketan was shocked. He said and gave him money and asked him to close the case by selecting the volunteer criminal for money and the police officer did the same.
" tho Neil ko kya kare? "the police asked
While Thomas, David, Charles and ketan was thinking
" Mental hospital bejdo... "ketan said and gave him another bundle of money
" and I want to hide this from that person... Otherwise the person will do anything for Neil...but i feel bad for prakash... He is one of my close friend tho... "Thomas said
" achaa... You don't want their share... Don't even think khanna can offered that much... They were going low... "David said laughing
As ketan said Neil was admitted to the mental hospital by the police officer
" Avni... Meri Avni... I want her.... I am not mental... Please leave me..... I want only her... She can't die... She promised me... Please leave me... I wanna go... I want to see her.... Please...." he begged shouting at the police officer
"Awww....you can't come out... I was ordered to put you on jail by Mr. Aashish mehta.." the police said while he was shocked
He started to adopt to the environment. His cell wall was fully filled with Name Avni. He started to skip every meals only chanting her names. He went to the peak of depression as the scene of Avni falling from the mountain repeating in his mind as it was killing him. Sleep was far away him. He remember everyone who killed Avni. And his anger arises. He wanted to kill them for separating his love from him. He hope Avni was alive but on the other side he doesn't believe . But a day without taking her name doesn't pass to him. He started shouting at everybody to release him. And the warden started to beat him. He became lean as he skipped everything. He hated the world. He hates himself for not saving her. He believes that he is the reason behind Avni's condition because he loves her. He hate himself for this. He started to hate everybody. And the incident was stored in his heart deeply. And the other Neil arises. Somehow Saara came to know about this and release Neil and took to her home.
She just stand by Neil side in every situation. She took care of him.
Neil's pov
After that I saw Avni on the car for the first time and I wanna hug her kiss her but she can't recognise me then I came to know that she lost her memory and I just propose her. And we started loving each other but I never think Avni can assume me as a criminal. I loved her whole heartily but she... I just can't belive... I can't live without her... If its happen then I will die.

Avni was crying badly hearing everything and just fainted. Doctor made Neil to sleep. While Dd helped Avni.
"ahhh... Its paining...." she said clutching her hairs
"Doctor... I can see what and all Neil said... I remember everything now"
"so your memories are back" doctor said while she was crying badly.
"So this is the reason behind the Arise of another Neil khanna which your Neil unaware about..." he said looking at Neil who was sleeping peacefully
"doctor what should I do..." she aksed looking at him seeking for help
"First tell him what his happening around him... And made him realize that you are not betraying him...and what was happening with him..." he said while she nodded
"but doctor what I will do with another Neil?...he is thinking that I am not his Avni and his Avni was died and I was her humshakal who is trying to trap him"
"If another Neil came... Tried to make him belive that you are his Avni. And you are not died....you should be like that collage avni. Whome he loved....shower your love on him. You live is the only treatment when it comes to Neil... Both Neil wants your love... So the other Neil wants to kill Aashish mehta... So you can only prevent that... "the doctor said while she nodded looking at Neil
And the doctor left while Avni was ruflling his hairs crying and kissed him on his forehead for misunderstanding him
" So mam... Aashish mehta did that? " Dd asked
" no... My papa can't do that... He loves me and Neil too. He saw Neil as his own son... I am sure he can't do that..." she cried
"Okay mam... I will try my best to find out..." Dd said while Avni nodded
Dd left and Avni was with Neil ruffling her hairs continously thing of everything that she rembered the past
