Merry Christmas.

AUSTIN'S P.O.V

I woke up with my arms wrapped her small body. She looks so peaceful when she's asleep. I just layed there waiting for her to wake up and then I remembered......IT'S CHRISTMAS!! Nope , definitely not going to let her sleep now!

"LAURA WAKE UP IT'S CHRISTMAS DAY! WAKE UP!!"

I threw a pillow at her and she looked like the grumpiest lady on earth but when her brain started functioning and she finally understood what I was saying , her lips immediatrly curled up into a smile.

LAURA'S P.O.V

Austin woke me up by shouting amd throwing pillows at me. Nice way to wake a girl up Austin haha.

"Merry Christmas Austin!" My voice was still coated in sleep.

It was snowing so the atmosphere was a lot more exciting! I remembered that our friends invited us over for Christmas dinner in the evening so I better choose an outfit than leave everything to the last minute. Well it's already 12:00pm so I guess me and Austin can spend the day visiting our families and then go to the Christmas dinner in the evening.

"Austin remember we're going out tonight and we shall go visit our families before we go there." I said.

"Shall we start getting ready then?" He was brushing his teeth in the bathroom so he sounded like he was ten thousand miles away. Wtf is he saying.

"What?" I asked him.

He popped his head from behind the door and he had toothpaste all over his mouth.

"Hey santa clause" I mocked him.

"What were you saying? I couldn't understand you."

"I said , shall we start getting ready, m'lady?"

"Yes we shall!"

~We spent the day with our families and I felt really happy again. My life is turning better now that I have my loved ones back in my life.

We're currently at the Christmas dinner having a few drinks with our friends. I received a text message from Ashley but I wasn't sure If it was a good idea to reply or not.

Ashley : Merry Christmas Laura , may your life be filled with joy and happiness.

I don't think there's anything wrong with saying Merry Christmas. After all , we are still friends.

Me: Merry Christmas to you too Ashley , have a great day!

Dinner's finally ready so we all sat down at the table. I enjoyed every minute of it and by the looks of it  , Austin did too!

We exchanged presents and had a few more drinks after we ate.

"It's getting kinda late Austin , shall we get going?" I asked.

"Let's go sweetheart , we had a busy day after all and we need our beauty sleep now haha."

We said our goodbyes and made our way home. It was a long drive but we finally got home safe and sound.

"Today was really great , I enjoyed every minute of it." I said as I plopped down on our bed.

"Me too! Now let's get changed , I'm so tired I can't even see the ground haha!" He planted a kiss on my head and we changed into comfy clothes.

"Thankyou for everything Austin , having you back in my life made everything so much better. You're my hero and I can never thankyou enough for all that you do for me. I love you Austin. I really do."

"You're so sweet Laura. It's my job to take care of you and make sure you're okay. You make me the happiest man alive. I love you baby. I think we shall start planning our wedding soon , shall we?"

He winked at me and a sudden rush of happiness hit me. Am I really engaged to this man?

Is this a dream?♡

Aaaaaand this story is stopping here. I can't believe it's over already! I had so much fun writing it but everything has an ending.
