I sat up and looked around. Most of the others had woken up as well. Evanna was still sleeping. I smiled and laid her down on my lap.  "Were you crying?" I heard Blaze ask.

I looked up at him to see he was staring at me. "What do you mean?" I asked, even though I knew exactly what he was talking about.

He raised an eyebrow. I continued to stare at him, not wanting to give in. "I know you know what I'm talking about," he said with a smirk.

   "Really?" I challenged.

He nodded and crossed his arms. "Prove it," I said.

My heart started to race as I waited for him to do something.  Everything started spinning. Come on, I thought, Do something. Anything. To keep me from throwing up. "First of all," he began, "You're biting your lip and your eyes are starting to cross which is what happens when you're nervous. Why would you be nervous unless you were scared of me figuring out that you were crying? Are you alright? What happened?"

I rolled my eyes and sighed. I explained why I had been crying. Before I could finish, Blaze came over and hugged me.  "It's not your fault darlin'," he said, "It's theirs. They didn't want to respect your wishes. They just took what they wanted with no consideration for what that would do to you."

I smiled and laid my head on his shoulder. "Thanks," I said.

Evanna crawled over to us and cuddled with us. The moment was beautiful and tragic at the same time.
