There they were now. Hoseok held the suitcase next to him and looked at Hyungwon's apartment once more. His eyes then hit Hyungwon.
"So... we'll see around, right?" Hoseok smiled.
"Of course, you're always welcome here." Hyungwon smiled back, trying to keep back the tears, that we're trying to come out.
Hoseok sighed. "It's been really nice here. I love your home, it's so cozy... but I have to say, I really miss my own apartment too."
Hyungwon didn't answer, he just grinned a little.
"Anyways, I should go now... see you." Hoseok said and turned around, opening the door.
"H-hoseok?"
Hoseok turned once more, to look at him. "Yeah?"
"T-thank you."
"For?"
"For taking care of me. I'm sorry you had to do so much. I must have been a pain in the ass." Hyungwon joked.
"You weren't. I'm glad I could help." Hoseok smiled. "And I would do it a hundred times again, if you needed help."
Hyungwon wanted to scream. What was he saying?
"Uh, thanks..." Was all that left his mouth.
Hoseok nodded. "I'll go now, see you."
"See you, bye..."
And the door shut. Hyungwon laid on the couch, not being able to hold the tears anymore. "He definitely hates me now..."
Hyungwon threw himself on his back and stared at the ceiling. He didn't want to move, talk, think ... Why are people so sensitive? Why was he himself so sensitive? Hyungwon wiped his eyes.
No, he can't cry after Hoseok. There was nothing between them. Neither of them said anything about love or even crush, so there was nothing. Hyungwon couldn't own Hoseok.
He opened the television but didn't even look at it. He just wanted some sound, in the very empty feeling apartment. He had forgotten how it was to be alone. He noticed, that he felt very empty. He wanted someone to speak to, to... touch?
What was he thinking... no way. Hoseok probably didn't even like skinship. It's not possible. He's just imagining it all.
Hyungwon stood up and walked into the kitchen. He turned the radio louder, to drown his thoughts.
Hoseok sat in Shownu's car. He stared out the window, watching the passing scenery. Shownu had put on the radio, because he knew Hoseok didn't want to talk right now.
Hoseok sighed and slid further into the bench. He wanted to cry, but again, he was not able to. The tears just didn't come out. He heard Shownu sigh too.
"I don't understand why you are so low... it was originally a temporary solution, so it was just a matter of time that you moved back home." Shownu tried to reason.
Hoseok looked at him. "I feel like I lost him. Like the sand would go through the fingers, when you try to hold it in your hands."
"You're getting poetic." Shownu snorted. "Look, for real... This is not the end of the world."
"I know... it just makes me sad."
Shownu focused on driving but stroked his chin. "Hey, what about... once he gets back to work, we throw him a surprise party?"
"A party?" Hoseok asked.
"Yeah, you know, he's been bored for so long. We could bring him a cake and then we could go out for drinks." Shownu smiled.
Hoseok nodded. "Not a bad idea. Kihyun could take care of the cake and we could choose the bar."
"Exactly! Let's take Jooheon too, since he's apparently dating Changkyun."
"Oh, right... I forgot." Hoseok muttered.
"You had your head full of certain nerd, so you probably didn't even understand it." Shownu pointed out.
"And I could see him again!" Hoseok suddenly yelled.
Shownu got startled but managed to drive safely. "That was my point."
"It's a great idea! I'll ask Kihyun later." Hoseok grinned.
He wanted to organize a memorable celebration, for Hyungwon. He also wanted to impress him. This was the perfect idea and opportunity. He was excited, almost too excited.
