"Have you seen Zion?" i say into the phone
"No, he didn't come home last night", Edwin says
"Okay thanks," i say
"Yeah no problem, is everything okay?"
"Yeah,its just we find out the gender and he isn't here, this was something he was excited for," i huff
"Amira he will be their don't worry," he soothes
"Your right,"
"I will call you if anything changes,"

The doctor walks in and i hang up my phone
"Good morning Amira," the doctor smiles, "No Zion today?"
"Um no," i shake my head.
"Okay well pull up your shirt for me,"
I pull up my shirt, she puts gel on i tense up as it touches my skin. She moves(the stick thingy) around on me.
"Every thing looks good, are you ready for the gender?"
"Yeah," Fuck Zion
"It is a girl,"
i smile and i feel the tears in my eyes.
"Awe don't cry," she smiles wiping the gel off of me
I laugh and wipe my face.
"Okay next appointment August 23rd, is 10 okay?"
"Yup," i nod
"Alright call me if their are any problems,"

"Okay bye Amira,"
I wave and she leaves the room. I get off the bench and pull out my phone. No text from him or anything. I walk out and go to my car

I set my phone down, as soon as i do it rings, Zion
"Hello," i huff
"Hi," he says
"You didn't come to the ultrasound,"
"Yeah and i am sorry, i went to a party last night and i slept in, Amira i am so sorry,"
"It's whatever, we aren't together, so it doesn't matter,"
It goes silent
"Yeah, did you find out the gender?"
"Yeah, its a girl," i smile
I look out the window.
"Are you home?" he asks
"I am leaving the doctor's right now, but i will be in like 10," i answer
"Okay let me know when your home, i wanna call my parents and tell them,"
"Okay,"
"See you in a bit,"

I throw my phone in the other seat, and drive home. I walk inside and lay down on the couch.

I scroll through instagram until i hear a knock on my door. I groan and stand up.
"Fuck my back," i groan opening the door
"Hey," Zion says
I open the door for him to come in, i close the door behind him.
"Again i am sorry about missing the appointment,"
"It's fine," i groan sitting down
"What's wrong?" he asks sitting next to me
"My back hurts," i rub my back
"Let me get you some ibprufen," he gets up and walk to the kitchen, he comes back with ibprufen and a bottle of water
"Thanks," i say
He nods and i take the pills and a drink of water.
"How is the baby?" he asks rubbing my stomach
"The doctor said it is good,i mean she but the last few days she has been kicking alot," i laugh watching Zion rub my stomach and put his ear to it.
"I can't believe we have 5 more months," he says
"I know, i am kinda excited to meet her," i smile
"Hey, i love you," he whispers to my stomach,"its your dad, i am excited to meet you, and be easy your putting your mom in pain,"
I laugh, and he looks at me and laughs
"Have you though of names?" he asks sitting up
"Kind of maybe like Dylan or Aaliyah," i nod, "Have you,"
"I like Cayden or Armani, but whatever works as long as i can choose the middle name," he smiles
"Okay deal, i can choose the first name and you choose the middle name and Kuwonu as the last name," i nod
"Deal,"
We shake hands and laugh.
"Hey mira i have a question," Zion asks breaking the silence
"Yes," i yawn pulling my hair into a bun
"Would you ever consider getting back together?" he hesistates
I pause and stare. I want to scream HELL YES but be hurt me, and what if he does it again
"I mean maybe later but not know," i say, "I just don't want to worry about a relationship and stress especially since i am pregnant,"
"I see," he nods
"Yeah but that is just for now," i assure him
"Okay," he smiles, "Well i have to get to the studio,"
"Alrighty," i smile standing up
"Its okay i got it," he laughs sitting me back down
"I will see you later," he kisses my cheek and bends down to my stomach
"I love you and i will see you later," he smiles
"Bye," i say
"Bye," he smirks and walk out the door.
