"Haha very funny where is the camera," Nick laughs walking to the kitchen
I take a deep breath and hand him the tests.
"Ew did you pee on that," Austin laughs backing away from me
I nod
Edwin grabs a paper towel and grabs them from me.
"Ya'll i don't think she is joking," Austin says looking over Ed's shoulder
"Are you serious?" Brandon asks looking me in the eyes
I nod and i let tears roll down my face slowly, i feel Zion's arm around my waist
"Oh my god," Nick gasps putting his hands on his head
"I know," i cry, "I fucked up my life,"
"Hey stop not you didn't Amira," Zion whispers in my ear
I wipe my face and Edwin walks over to me, he hugs me tightly. I sob and i feel the others around us. After a couple minutes they let go and i step back. I stop crying and sit down at the table, i put my head in my hands and breath.
"Amira we will be here for you no matter what, i hope you know that," Brandon says rubbing my back
I nod
"I fucked up my whole life and Zion's i am not ready, i can't raise a child i am still a child i am a confused 20 year old why would i want to bring a child into this," i say
"Amira, their is nothing i can say but this i think you and Zion are gonna be good parents you may not think so but i truly think so and yeah you guys may be young but this will help you grow up," Edwin says
I wrap my arms around him and hug him tightly
"Thank you," i say
I let go and Zion looks at me
"Are you ready?" he asks
"Yeah," i nod
"For what?" Nick asks
"To call my parents," Zion responds
I follow Zion to the back yard and he pull out his phone, he hesitates to call but he does, it rings a few times but then the ringing stops
"Hey Z," his moms familiar voice cheers
"Hey mom," he says back
"What's up,"
"I need to talk to you about something, is dad their?"
"Yeah honey hold on, is everything okay?" she asks concerned
"Just make sure dad can here this,"
"Okay well he is here,"
"Hello," his dad says
"So mom i just Amira is pregnant,"
The line goes dead silent
"Zion," his mom whines
"I am sorry," Zion huffs
"Is she going to keep it?" his Dad asks,
He looks at me and i nod slowly
"Yeah i think so,"
"Do you understand that this is going to change your whole life Z," his mom says
"Yeah mom i understand,"
"Zion i don't think you do, but this is going to be a wake up call for you guys both and all i can say is you know we are here," his dad says
"Yeah thank you guys," he says
"Is Amira with you?" his mom asks
"Yeah she is next to me,"
"Can we talk to her?"
Zion hands me the phone, i walk a few steps away
"Hi," i sniffle
"Hey babe," his mom says
I feel the tears again, this time a loud sob comes out
"Hey hey calm down everything is going to be okay,"
"No its not," i sob
"Amira," his dad says
"Yes," i huff
"Zion may not be the perfect guy in the world, and you guys are young, but trust me he will take care of you and he will be their, now is the time you need to start thinking for your child and not so much yourself," his dad says
"Amira we love you like your our own you know that and you can call me anytime, you have my number, anything, just call me," his mom says
"Thank you guys so much,"
"Of course,"
"It seems you guys have alot right now, we are gonna let you go but we love you guys and don't forget to call us,"
"Love you guys to," i smile
"Alright Amira bye,"
I hang up and walk back over to Zion, i hand him his phone and we go inside.
"Guys i am gonna take Amira home," Zion says, "I'll be back soon,"
They nod and we go out to the car, i get in and the ride home is silent.
"Call me tomorrow," he says as i get out of the car
I nod and walk to the door, he waves and pull out of the driveway. It felt wrong but apart of me did not want him to leave.
