Jake landed on the cold dirt and he grunted upon landing. Slowly, he pushed himself up and looked around at the different surroundings. One second he was in Haddonfield, now he's in... Macmillan? He rubbed his head slowly trying to recollect what had happened. It was clear that he got transported to another map, but he didn't run into the campfire which was supposed to be the norm for him.
"Where the hell am I.." He mumbled and took a step forward before bumping into something solid in front of him
There was nothing there. Suddenly, it dawned on him for which killer it was and he made a run for it. "Oh hell no! I didn't sign up for this!" He shouted.
Jake sprinted towards the shack and fast vaulted the window before heading over to the boxes and crouching. He cursed quietly and waited for the shimmering of the cloaked killer. No one's around here but that stupid killer.
Jake gritted his teeth and looked around again. There was a generator nearby so the possibility of escaping was there, but he'd have to get two just for the hatch to appear which he thought wasn't fair. He slid down against the boxes, leaning his head against it and looked up at the blue sky. The moon looking much closer than it would down in earth. He sighed and wondered if they were just in a bunch of floating islands in the sky that NASA created but that was impossible... how would they breathe up in space? This place had some weird magic in the first place so he wasn't going to question it.
Being a sole survivor didn't mean he wanted to be alone. It just meant he could take care of himself just fine without needing the help of others. He wasn't close to anyone at all. Claudette? Sure she was a good friend, but he never really talked to her often except whenever it was quiet between them.
Jake rubbed his eyes then, and pulled up his knees close to his body. He could feel himself get emotional and he shut his eyes, cursing at himself again. There was no point in crying here. He was trapped. They were all trapped. Him and the other survivors in this sick world of endless escaping and dying.
As Jake kept his eyes closed, he wondered back to when he was with Myers. The first encounter where he got slammed inside a locker then the next where the killer sat down next to him. That one was odd. Myers would never do that but stalk and stab people. All the killers were acting strangely. He felt the cold wind brush against his skin and he shivered from it. Opening his eyes, he looked at a part of the wall that encircled the whole map.
"What am I supposed to do..." Jake mumbled, turning his head down to stare at the dirt. He thought about hooking himself just to have a quick getaway but he had no clue on how to do that. Sure he could climb the boxes and jump towards the hook. The problem was that there's an invisible force that prevented him from doing just that. He didn't feel like doing any generators at all and he thought about looking for the Wraith. By now, he would've been found by the killer if they followed him... if whatever he bumped into was really the cloaked killer.
To his right, there was a quiet shuffling of grass and he snapped his attention to the direction, only to see a bloodied pig's head and black hair. A red jacket stained with blood. Jake stumbled off to the side and backed himself up as far as he could from the killer, raising his hand to try and protect himself as the Pig stood up. Her stained blade she unsheathed from the inside her sleeve. But instead of stabbing him, they offered a hand to get them up.
"Dah'l it's not trial time. Get back to the campfire before Kevin or Bubba comes along-" A muffled female voice started and Jake looked up to the pig with much shock. That killer has never spoken before.
"What? You think I couldn't talk? Hurry up then. Or I'll give you a hat instead of giving you a free gate. Paul's already getting the door for you."
Jake could only reply with confusion. Who the hell was Paul? And Kevin?
"What...?" He muttered and Amanda simply grabbed him from the ground so she could drag them along out of shack and to the exit gate. The Wraith now getting the gate open for them. This was not a normal match so Jake was free to go. No fun chasing one survivor in the game anyway. Once the gate was open, Amanda dragged Jake through until they were right against the edge where they could see the campfire.
"Go on back. We won't be as nice next time yeah?" She warned Jake and turned around to go back into the map. There was a killer meeting here.
