Chapter 31

After couple hours of planning, Chris looked at Brittany. He lends over to her.

"You want to take a break and dance or something. We need to break all of this serious." Chris said

"Yeah if they want to, I mean we could go for a walk just the two of us," Brittany said

"I think that is a good idea. We could travel in a group. This will help if there are any problems." Chris said

Chris stands up, and they looked at him.

"How about we take a break? We could go for a walk or just stay here to dance. What do y'all say?" Chris asked.

They get up and decide to go for a walk. There was a cool touch to the air. Chris took Brittany's hand. They walked ahead of everyone. They were problems because Victoria was walking behind. They thought she was hurting. The other reason was she is keeping back to watch for trouble. Matthew is busy not paying that much attention. Chris and Brittany were trying to get ahead enough to have time for them. Steve and Lisa were close behind, but they were busy watching each other to notice. As they turned the corner, Chris let go of her hand. She looked at him and then realized what he was doing. He was making sure there was not any unexpected company. As they got to the empty lot, Chris grabbed Brittany. She laughs because it caught her off guard. As he pulled her closer, she laid her head on him. Lisa saw them and looks at Steve.

"Look at those love birds. They get in a fight, and now they are so in love. Maybe we should learn from them. I am sorry, and I still love me. Do you still love me, baby?" Lisa said to Steve.

Before he could answer, they saw someone coming. Lisa whistles and Chris looked over. She pointed to the other side of the lot. Chris looked over and saw someone was coming. Chris whispers to Brittany. She let go and went to Lisa.

"Chris, Is that you?" the voice said

"Well yes, it is. Who are you?" Chris said

"Oh okay, just checking. It is your friend. Is Steve with you?" Johnny said

"Oh hey Johnny, Yes he is right here with us. Lisa and Brittany are with us. Our other friends Victoria is here with her boyfriend. Why are you asking?" Chris said as he got ready for anything

"Hey Steve and Chris, can you come down the fire station? We need help." Johnny said

The ladies thought he was crazy for him telling Johnny. If this was a trap, then he just gave away where they were. Chris pointed to Steve. He reached for his gun. Chris signal to stay back for couple second. Chris went towards the station with Steve following. As they got closer, they noticed there were problems. Steve signal for girls to come on. They soon followed and saw that Chris was on the ground. At first, Brittany thought that Chris was hurt. When she got closer, she realized it was because Chris was helping. Johnny was there, and they were working on some female. She looked like something happened to her. When they got closer, they saw it was someone that Chris and Steve used to work with.

"What happened baby?" Lisa said

"Johnny saw she showed couple minutes ago saying that she was hurting. She fell over, but the fire department is out on a call. I am trying to see if we can help her until the ambulance can get here. Chris called it in because Johnny had been helping her. Just then Chris notices something.

"Johnny, where are the medical kit and first aid supplies?" Chris asked.

"It is over there in one of those cabinets, why?" Johnny reply

"Steve, go get the removers. You know what I mean. I think I know what wrong with her. I just need help to do this." Chris said

Steve got up and brought a lot of supplies and medical things. Brittany looked at him and saw he was asking for help.
