frist part is sad the second or third dunno. Will be happy. Just have to explain why Peter is sad and I don't want to make a paragraph

Peter's POV
I held Aunt May's hand. Tears fell down my cheeks. Mr. Stark rubbed my back.
"Bye May..." I cried out. "I-I love you..." I hugged her lifeless body and cried. "Why? Why did it have to be you? It should've been me... I'm sorry May... I didn't mean it!"
"It's okay kid..." Mr. Stark said I pulled off of May. "Shh... I'm here Kid... I'm always here.." I nodded as I cried into his chest.

I watched as they lower May into the ground. After everyone said 'sorry of your loss' and 'it'll get better in time.' And stuff. I just stayed there looking at the open grave and tomb stone. Mr. Stark walked over to me with his boyfriend Steve.
"Come on kid... time to go." He said wrapping his arm around my shoulder. I nodded and wipped away my tears. "I'm here Pete..."
"she's gone Mr. Stark... She's never coming back... I failed her, you, the whole Avengers team!" I said as we started to walk. Steve gave me a sad look.
"You didn't fail anyone... You-"
"Peter Parker?" A lady asked me I nodded. "Hi I'm Lindsey from Social Services." She put her hand out for me to shake.
"That won't be necessary." Tony said I looked at him. Steve held me by my shoulders. "I do believe I seant in papers a few months ago... May Parker signed them as well."
"Mr. Stark... do you know how long it takes for those papers to be processed." The lady said. "Till those papers are proved Peter must stay with me." Mr. Stark rolled his eyes.
"Yeah, and get this sweet boy abused in those homes? No, in fact let's have a little chat... Steve Take Peter to the tower... show him his room please? Peter you look tired get some sleep okay?" Mr. Stark asked I nodded.
"Come on Pete." Mr. Rogers said grabbing my hand. I really didn't care at this point. We got in the car. Soon I fell asleep on Mr. Rogers' shoulder.

Tony's POV
After a slow time with the lady and lawyers Peter is now my son. I smile as I walk in the Penthouse. Steve was in the kitchen cooking dinner and Peter was asleep on the couch. The tv was on with Gravity Falls playing.
"I'm back." I said as I walked to Steve and wrap my arms around his waist. I put my head on his shoulder.
"How was it?" He asked I sighed. "Bad?"
"No. Peter is now my son... and we have the family you always talk about." I said with a smile pulling away and leaning on the counter. "The this is... Peter." He looked at me.
"What do you mean?" Steve asked.
"Me and Nat looked through some files at S.H.I.E.L.D... Steve this kid has lost everything. Yet he still smiles and laughes like everything is okay and fine." I said he looked at me.
"What Stark is trying to say is." Nat walked in arms crossed. "Peter lost his mom and dad when he was five his uncle Ben when he became spider-man almost two years ago. And now his Aunt May." Nat explained for me. I nodded Steve looked at the couch and gave Peter and sad look.
"And he still manages a smile and laugh everyday?" He asked Nat and I nod. "Poor Kid..."

Tony's POV
It's been a few days Peter hasn't talked to anyone, He's failing all his classes, and he wasn't Focus on what he was doing as Spiderman and got someone hurt by accident.
"Hey F.R.I.D.A.Y can you call Ted and MJ? Tell them to meet me at the tower?" I asked when I looking at a new suit for Peter. All I got was a yes. A few moments later F.R.I.D.A.Y told me they will be here in five minutes. Which told me they weren't far.
"Hey Tony... I'm gonna see what the kid is up to." Clint said I nodded.
"Don't kill him please or break him like you do when you get new toys Katniss." I said standing up and walking to the elevator before he could answer me the doors closed. I get down to the first floor to see Ted and MJ.
"The Tony Stark called us here... now let us up! We know Peter Parker!" MJ said to the front desk lady. I clear my throat and they look look at me.
"Mr. Stark should I call Happy?" The lady asked I shook my head.
"They're with me sorry Georgie." I said waving Ted and MJ to follow me. "Glad you came as fast as you could." They nodded as we got on the elevator.
"Is Peter that Bad?" Ted asked. I nodded. "No wonder he's letting Flash Beat him up..."
"Ned no." MJ said hitting him.
"Wait. Peter is getting bullied?" I asked they kept quite. "I can just kick you out." I pulled out me phone.
"Yes, yes he is... He didn't want us to tell you... because he's Spiderman and all." Ned said I nodded and slipped my phone back into my pocket.
"One more thing to add to the list." I said they looked at me. "The Avengers and I have a full list of people who aren't allowed in the tower. Such as That undead freak Deadpool who some how keeps getting into the tower!" I almost yelled looking at the ceiling. They nodded.
"Why do you need us?" MJ asked I smiled.
"I want to do something for Peter and I need everyone I can get.. even his idiot of a boyfriend." I said and started to tell them my plan.

Peter's POV
I walk to the kitchen and grab a snack. I sigh and started to make my way to my room again til I hear foot steps. I look up to see Wade hanging upside down in front of me.
"Hey baby boy!" He said I laughed a bit.
"Wade how are you here?" I asked looking around to make sure Mr. Stark isn't watching.
"Stark asked me to come over and make you happy!" He said getting down. I looked down. He pulled me close. "I'm sorry Baby boy... I wish I went... but old eye patch needed me." I hugged back.
"It's okay..." I said.
"Ahem." We pull away to see The Black Widow standing there. "Tony wants both of you down stairs with the rest of the Avengers." She said and walked away we followed.

Tony's POV
"Okay... they're coming." I said "remember! Wait till I say it.. I'm looking at You Kattienss!" Clint just crossed his arms.
"Wade." I heard Peter say I laughed a bit. Peter and Wade came down the stairs right after Natasha.
"Maybe we can go to Tony's house in Malibu for a couple of weeks!" Wade said I rolled my eyes.
"Right like I'm gonna trust Deadpool with my son. Go back to hell Wade. You're drunk!" I said Wade put a hand over his heart and acted offended.
"Mr. Stark... please..." Peter said lookin away. I laughed so did MJ.
"Sit down I have good news for all of us!" I said putting my arm around Peter. "Or you can stand if you like." He nodded.
"Wait? Ned?! MJ?! How? What? Why? Mr. Stark!" Peter said now noticing his two best friends on the couch right next to Clint and Bucky.
"Hey Peter!" Ned said they got up and hugged him. I smiled at him.
"Now on to the real news! Clint drum roll please!" I said and he tapped on the table. "All of us are going to Disney world!!" Everyone cheered. I smiled when Peter hugged me. And said 'thank you dad.' "We leave tomorrow at noon! So be ready. Or I'm leaving you behind." They all nodded and went to get ready.

- The Next Day -
Tony's POV
We are in the lobby ready to go. I see Peter walk over texting someone.
Then his phone rang.
"Wade not now... you should be here!" He said "fine... but if you're not there I'm going to see Snow White without you!" He then hung up.
"Wade gonna be a little late?" I asked he shook his head.
"He's meeting us at the airport." Peter said I nodded.
"Okay everybody ready?" I asked everyone nodded. I did a head count and we were all here. "Let's go to Disney!" We all got in the car and made our way to the airport.
