The Replacement

Nothing to see here... nothing at all.

   

    Peter had a vary bad feeling about today. He woke up, walked to school with his friends. Harley, Wade, and Ned. Got bullied by Flash and went back home to see a new boy in the lab. He looked around and didn't see Tony anywhere.
              "Umm, who are you and why are you in here?" Peter asked. The boy looked up and saw Peter. He steped back a bit.
              "Oh, I'm Michael and I'm a intern." The boy said. Then Tony walked in.
                "Peter!" Tony said. Peter looked at the man. Tony looked away. "W-What are you doing here? In the lab..." Tony asked.
                "I... know what I'm just gonna go to bed." Peter walked away. He got to the living area to see everyone talking Bucky walked over to him and put a arm around him.
                "You feeling okay Pete?" Bucky asked. Peter nodded and walked off. He got to his room to see that it was totally different. He stepped back a bit.
                 "Oh yeah... Tony got some new Intern here... gave him your room... sorry Pete." Clint said as he came from the vents. "We can share."
                 "No he won't." They look to see the boy from earlier. He had a smirk on his face and arms crossed. He walked up to Peter and got all up in his face. "Stark wants you out! I'm his new son." Michael pushed Peter back and walked into his room. Peter held back his tears. The others stood near the door way of the hallway and watched. Clint put a hand on Peter's back but Peter shook it away. He grabbed his backpack and walked away. The Avengers gave each other looks anger rose on them. Once Peter was at the Elevator Bucky ran after him.
            "You're gonna live with me okay?" Bucky asked Peter just nodded and looked down. He hugged Bucky and started to cry. May died a few months ago. Tony took Peter in and he became his son. Everyone loved Peter especially Tony he would never do that to him.

- Brooklyn -

Peter and Bucky got to Bucky's small two bed apartment. Peter looked around it reminded him of Aunt May's old small apartment.
            "Come here pete." Bucky patted the seat next to him. Peter sat down, curled up next to him, and started to cry.

- At the Tower -

Tony and Michael were in the lab for hours didn't even come up for dinner. Ah, dinner it was quiet, without Peter talking everyone's ears off, or him and Clint throwing food at each other, him and Nat along with Bucky speaking Russian. It was lonely. Everyone sat in silence as they ate their food.
           "I can't take this! Stark better have a good reason he replaced Peter!" Nat said as she stood up. "Peter had lost everything. His mom, his dad, his uncle, and more recently his aunt!" Nat started for the lab. Everyone followed.
              "And he just walked out! Without saying anything!" Michael said pretending to cry. Tony stood back shocked.
               "Wow, he said that to you? I know Peter isn't like that..." Tony said.
              "But you have to believe me! Even Bucky was on it! He told Peter that what he said was good!" Everyone froze. Michael was lying. "He even hot Peter to push me!"
               "That little." Clint started but Nat held him back.
               "I know where Bucky is..." Steve said to the group they all nodded and walked away. Wanting to be with their spider-child.

Peter fell asleep while Bucky put on a old movie. There was a knock on the door and he slowly got up.
           "Hello?" He opened the door to see the other Avengers but Tony. "Guys what are you doing here?"
            "We came to check on Peter..." Bruce said. "Tony's new Intern was lying to him." Bucky sighed.
            "Peter is asleep... but we can have a sleepover..." Bucky said. They all nodded and walked in. Bucky grabbed as much blankets and pillows he could find. They all sat around the TV and let sleep take over them.
