CHAPTER 8 CARING HUSBAND, PROTECTIVE WIFE

[ days before holi]

{raghav, ayesha , kittu, sanjay started with the videos and pics , everything was smooth with shoot, at home except that ashi now stopped acting and unknowningly behaved as a daughter-in-law and was used to randeep being around}

{ she was becoming so used to him that she would even eat with him and would not eat or leave sets without him and would normally check on randeep at home and try to stay in sight}

{ this worried randeep as he didnt wanted ashi to do all this and could not see ashi was not bothered by all this}

In the café( sanjay , raghav, randeep are discussing ashi)

Randeep:- yaar par

Sanjay:- kuch kaha usne?

Randeep :- nahi lekin vo kab kuch kehti hai , use kisi ko pareshan nahi karna{ he complained}

Raghav:- to kuch hua hai?

Randeep:- nahi

Sanjay:- to problem kya hai?

Randeep:- vo dari hui hai, pehle shaadi aur ab ye sab, yaar se aise nahi rahne de sakta.

Sanjay:- samajh nahi aa raha, vo pareshan hai ya tu use pareshan dekhna chahta hai

Randeep:- mujhe nahi pata vo kaisi hai, isliye MEIN pareshaan hu

Raghav:- vo thik to lag rahi thi set pe, phir ayesha ke saath bhi has rahi thi. I think vo thik hai tu hi zyada soch raha hai.

Randeep:- sach ? ok

{ he wasnt convinced but let it go in front of them for boys would get worried}

{ as days passed randeep worried more and cared more about ashi, he would always ask for ashi and make sure he was around her, this was often noticed by summet on sets. Even before going to bed he would think of her and sometimes would go to check on her in the midde of nights}

{ one of the days , its off for ashi so she went to visit her ma}

At home{ randeep enters}:-

Mom:- itna late? Aaja khana kahle

{ randeep was looking around and did not respond}

Randeep:- ashi kaha hai?

Mom:- apne ghar gayi hai

Randeep:- uska khana?

Mom:- keh to rahi thi kha ke aayegi

Randeep:- usne kaha kab tak aayegi ?

Mom:- 9 baje tak

Randeep:- 9 to ho gaye hai, ek kaam karta hu mein hi le aata hu, bye ma

Mom:- achnak kyu jana hai tujhe aur khana?

Randeep:- vo mujhe aunty se kuch baa karni thi , aur mein bhi khake aaunga , bye ma

{ he rushes to pick ashi}

In the car, after picking up ashi

Ash:- tum kyun aaye, driver le aata

Randeep:- nahi vo mein tumne khana kha liya?( changing the topic )

Ash:- nahi, socha tumha..sabke saath kha lungi . tumne kha liya ?

Randeep:- abhi to ghar aaya hu

Ash:- itna late ?

Randeep:- ha vo kuch technical problem ho gaya tha to late packup hua.

Ash:- to tum kyu aaye , mujhe driver le aata , chalo kuch khalo tumhe bhook lagi hogi
