CHAPTER 5 BAD HANGOUT

[ 1 march ]
Days has passed normally and it was almost 2 weeks to ashdeep wedding but ashi was still the same. And Randeep could not get ashi off his mind and was worried
He discussed this with nandini ma and it was decided ashi will go out with the shoot gang and friends agreed to go
Waiting for ashi:-
Raghav :- par ashi ko tere aur apne frnds ke saath jana chahiye na?
Ayesha:- ha taki baki sab pooche ki ye sinddor aur mangalsutra ashi ne kyu pehne hai?
Tu pandit play kerte ponga hota ja raha hai, mere saath hi raha kar varna pata nahi kya kar dega , kuch bhi bolne laga hai.
Sanjay:- Ayesha sahi keh rahi hai, abhi sirf hum log uske saath ho sakte hai. Atleast divorce tak to halaat aise hi hai ki vo kisi aur se nahi mil sakti.
They stop as ashdeep are coming. Ashdeep didn’t haer anything.
Randeep:- chale?
Sanj:- tu bhi chalega ?( in happy tone)
Randeep:- ha, par club nahi, club tak.
{They leave boys in Randeep’s car and girls in madhu’s}
In boys’ car-
Ragh:- tu bhi aata to maza aata
Randeep:- maze to tum logo ko karne honge ashi ko easy feel karne ke liye
Sanj:- par tu bhi chalta to(interrupted)
Randeep:- nahi yaar aur wahan mera naam mat lena khaas kar ashi ke samne.
[In girls’ car it was all jolly to make ashi feel easy and party mood. Ashi was pretending to be enjoying but was consious about sindoor and mangalsutra.]
{In the club, all were having fun and went to dance but ashi was still pretending hence did not go to dance and Ayesha kept her company }
** among all this Randeep came in at times to check on ashi and decided to wait when saw ashi and Ayesha sitting alone**
Randeep was having a drink and saw 3 boys approaching ashi and Ayesha and moved closer to listen
B1:- do u want to dance ?
Ayesha:- no
B2:- then she can, we don’t mind
Ayesha:- she will not, u mAyesha leave
Ashi gets scared and 3rd boy notices mangalsutra
B3:- let it be boys, ladkiyan apne patiyon ka wait kar rahi hai .
{ listening this Ayesha saw ashi got scared and got nervous }
Randeep waited all this while for girls to back answer boys but could not bear to see ashi scared and went to the girls}
Randeep:- bade batameez ho yaar, ladki ne mana kar diya phir bhi peeche pade ho,
Aao mein nachata hu tumhe bahut shok hai na dance karne ka
B3:- lo aa gaye pati dev, madam ab to dance karengi na
{Randeep is furious listening to this and this starts a fight among them, raghav and sanjAyesha notice this and all move there to Randeep
Not late after bouncers interveened and both groups were taken out of the club by different exits.}
Outside the club
Randeep :- tum dono thik ho ?
Ayesha:- ha
{ashi was holding Ayesha and not letting go}
Seeing this Randeep get to take the car and boys stay with girls
Raghav :- tu thik hai?
Ayesha:- ha kuch hua nahi, vo ladke bas bakwas kar rahe the
Raghav is not assured but cannot ask much as she was held by ashi, Randeep gets the car and all the girls go with him
Raghav and sanjay take madhu’s car
Girls were droppped and Ayesha was to be dropped last
At ashi’s house:-
{Ashi enters and hugs her ma, her dad is out on business as he works in another city and is in mumbai only for vacations, her mother stayed only becoz of the incident }
Randeep (slowly separating ashi):- tum muh – haath dholo aur khane ke liya aa jao, hmm?( ashi goes, Ayesha follows)
Ayesha:- aunty mein ashi ke saath hi hu
[As both move in]
Randeep:- mein bhi ruk sakta hu?
Ma:- (tensed) kya hua hai?
Randeep tells what he interpreted from afar, nandini ma is worried , looks at ashi’s room and says:- tum bhi haath dholo mein khana lagati hu
{ma cooked and set up the table, all have dinner and Ayesha takes ashi to bed}
In the drawing room:-
{Ma is worried}
Randeep holds her hands:- aunty mein promise karta hu aapki beti pehle ki tarah uchal-kud karegi, nachegi aur hasegi.
Ma :- hmm, thank you, beta tum bhi itna pareshaan ho rahe ho.
Ayeshaesha comes :- so gayi hai par abhi bhi dari hui hai
{3 of them go and see ashi, she is holding her blanket tightly
Randeep is reminded of his shirt – flashback to shooting of eyelock seen, they come back}
Randeep is worried but doesn’t show:- chalo Ayesha tumhe ghar chod deta hu
In the car :-
Randeep:- club mein exactly kya hua tha ?
Ayesha:- ashi un logo se bilkul bothered nahi thi par jab unme se ek ne uske mangalsutra par comment kiya to vo darr gayi
{Ayesha gets raghav’s call , after hanging up}
Ayesha:- tumhare ghar chalo
Randeep :- kyun?
Ayesha:- raghav aur sanjay wait kar rahe hai
Randeep:- tumhara ?
She shows her mobile
Randeep:- ok
{They go to Randeep’s house and as soon as raghav meets Ayesha , he hugs her, Randeep’s parents are asleep}
Raghav:- tu thik ha?
Ayesha :- ha baba, bilkul thik hu un logo ka sirf muh chal raha tha aur Randeep bhi wahin tha to kuch nahi hua
{She tells the whole incident to them and then raghav and Ayesha leave, sanjay and Randeep sleep in his room as it was late and they had shoot next day}

{As days passed Randeep was taking more care of ashi, for all it was his normal behaviour towards girls but sumeet could sense difference b/w care and protectiveness for ‘his wife’
Ashi too was becoming somewhat easy and would often ask for randeep on set and was happy and secure with Randeep around and was getting used to him being around }
