{ after a silent drive they finally reached hospital, as they turned to the corridor, they found Ashis parents there along with AyeRa and Kristina, without sparing another moment he went to them}

Randeep:- ashi ko hosh aaya? mein use dekh sakte hu ?

Ayeha: abhi nahi par aap ja sakte hai

{ he turned and walked towards the door – icu ward, family only was written on it, he clutched the knob for a moment and pushed it open, he walked in hesitantly, at the end of the room was ashi, lying with eyes closed, but her face glowed like ever, her weight lose clear in hospital robes without the stains of blood and her body was covered in tubes, pins and clip attached to her arms and hands, drip and blood bag at the side, the only sign of life was her chests movement and sounds of machine, at the sight in front of Randeep, he stumbled, his feet giving away, he just saw the most unwanted view of his life, his anger washed off, while guilt rose to highest level, with all the strength he could gather he went and sat down next to her. He took her hand in his, and tears freed themselves at her touch }

Randeep:- baccha ? aankhen kholo dekho mujhe

{ she didnt move, her hands still cold in his burning hot ones}

Randeep:- sorry baccha, tumhare Randeep ne tumhare saath ye sab kar diya, meri wajah se tumhe kitna sehna pada. Im sorry, pls aaankhen kholo na

{ suddenly the door opened and he turned after wiping tears off, a doctor of about 40 yrs standing in the doorway with a nurse behind, both womens face had a sympathetic emotion, Randeep quickly rose not letting go of ashis hand as they walked to them }

Doc:- hello Im Dr. sheetal

Randeep:- randeep, ashi ko hosh kab tak aa jayega ?

Doc:- pehle mujhe check karne dijiye, aap bahar wait kijiye

{ without any protest he placed ashis hand back and left the room }

{ outside the door also wasnt any more welcoming, tired and dull family members added to his guilt }

Randeep:- Sanjay ek kaam karde sabko ghar leja

Ashis dad:- mein nahi jaunga

Randeep:- uncle abhi sab thik hai aur jaise hi use hosh aayega mein aap sabko call kar doonga

Ashis dad:- nahi pehle use dekhna hai mujhe. Use hosh aayega to –

Randeep:- uncle aapko aise dekh kar ashi ko kaisa lagega, aapko ghar jana chahiye, aaram karke wapas aane se to koi aap ko nahi rok raha

Randeeps dad:- bhaisahab sahi hi to hai chaliye thoda aaram karke wapas aa jaiyiga

{ Sanjay and Ashis parents left }

Randeeps dad:- tum bhi jao aur checkup karwao, aur kuch kha lo

{ to zain }:- dekhna ki ye jaye doctor ke paas

{ with that he too left with his wife }

Randeep:- Raghav tu yahin hai ? { Raghav nodded }

{ Randeep made Ayeha and Kristina sit down }

Randeep:- tum dono ko kuch chahiye ?

{ both shook their heads, he turned to Raghav, instantly Raghav left to get them something to drink }
