The door was unlocked and a tired looking Jack walked into the living room. He kicked his shoes off, threw his keys on the table, and let out a sigh.

"Oh hey baby," he smiled at me.

"Don't you dare," I growl earning an eye roll.

"I'm not in the mood for a fight tonight, alright?" He warns.

"Right but if I ignored your calls and texts and don't wanna talk about, that'd be okay right? Because I didn't want to talk about it right Jack?" I tell him, raising my voice.

"So I can't go and hangout with my friends?" he yells.

"I didn't say that did I? Go out, drink, party the hell if I care but answer my call and texts so I know your okay!"

"You know you make me wish I never even got that stupid ass dare!" He yelled.

His eyes softened as he saw my face fall.

"What- What's are you talking about?" I asked while thinking of all of the worse case scenarios.

"Nothing, I'm just stupid," he sighs.

"No jack, what are you talking about?" I repeat while blinking away tears.

"The...the night I asked you out was because I was dared to. I had mentioned to my friends that you were pretty so when we played truth or dare, that was it. After our first date, I immediately caught feelings and fell for you. I- I'm sorry."

"I think I'm gonna go," was all I could get out with a cracking voice after taking in what he said.

"Please don't leave me," he begged, "I need you Y/n. You're my whole world," he choked out.

I blinked, releasing all of my built up tears.

"The world always has an ending."
