i stared at my computer in awe. i failed my final in math. after hours of studying and sacrifice, i was one point away from passing.

i slammed my computer shut and began to cry uncontrollably. i put my head in my hands and just let it out. my job cut my hours, my exams were stressful, and now to top it off i had no payoff.

i grabbed my phone from beside my computer and facetimes zach. his show had ended about an hour ago meaning that he was more than likely free. it rang four times before he answered. the smiled quickly disappeared from his face, after he assessed my distressed face, and a worried expression took over.

"what's wrong baby," he asked in a panicked tone.

"i failed it zach," i cried out.

"oh baby no, i'm so sorry."

"i just don't understand, i can't do it anymore! i tried so hard zach."

"i know baby, i know, what can i do ?"

"come home. i need you."

zach took a deep sigh and went on paused for a few moments. i cried silently as he tapped on his phone.

"i'll be there tomorrow morning," he told me, coming back on screen.

"what ?" i asked surprised.

"you need me, ill be there baby. that was our deal, remember ? we said if we need each other while on your we make it work. my next show is in two days so i'll just fly their that morning and i'll be fine. the boys will understand and my manager will be a little upset but you're my everything."

"zach stop i can handle it. i do need you but you can't just do that, i can't ask that of you and i-"

"no y/n you are my world and if my world is crumbling i need to come home and help you. even if it's for and day and sone change i will be there baby. this is what we talked about and i'm keep my end of the deal."

i lied on the couch watching hulu. the keys juggled in the door and i jumped up and met zach at the door. i hugged him tightly and he gently picked me up and hugged me back.

i hoped down and looked up at him.

"god i needed that," i smiled before connecting our lips.
