Chapter 3 - The Eventful Dates

3rd Person POV:

It was 5 o'clock in the evening. Remus was glad that the day was over because his day was not going well. 

He got all assortment of stupidity, starting from a family not bringing their passports to a woman wanting to put her 6-year-old son in as check-in baggage because "he is under the weight limit!"

Honestly, Remus cannot deal with humanity anymore, how idiotic can people get?

As he and Lily were heading out together, Lily was intelligent enough to take on look at his face and not open her mouth in fear of Remus showing his wolf side. 

When they reach the spot James and Sirius told them to wait at, they see James in the front of the black Audi and Sirius in front of a Motorbike. 

Upon sighting Sirius, Remus immediately broke into a run and did not stop until he had engulfed the shorter man in a tight hug. Remus could feel his annoyance at the world vanishing just by being near Sirius. 

"Sorry Sirius, it's just that today I was so angry and-", Remus rambles after breaking the hug but Sirius cuts him off by saying, "It's okay, Remus. I am glad that I could help."

This time, Remus kisses Sirius on the cheek before saying, "Is this bike yours?"

Sirius was dazed for a couple of seconds before responding, "Yeah. It is, and we are going to ride it"

Remus widens his eyes and says, "I am not getting on this death contraption. Ever."

Sirius laughs and says, "You won't die, Rem. Also, my date has the perfect things to get you to calm down after your bad day at work."

Shaking his head, Remus says, "If I die, it's on you."

"I'll take that chance."

"By the way, do you have chocolate where ever you are taking me?"

"What?"

"Oh, you haven't met the chocoholic Remus yet. You are in for a ride Sirius...", Lily says.

Remus and Lily started laughing almost maniacally while James and Sirius just looked in wonder. "What have we gotten ourselves into, Padfoot?"

"I don't know, Prongs, but I am scared."

Laughing, Lily said, "Oh, shut up. Let's get a move on with the dates, shall we?", She ended, looking at James. "We shall.", he replied, putting his arm out for her to take as the Royals did. 

As they got in the car, Remus was still doubtful about the bike. Sighing, Sirius said, "Just sit on it. If you do, I'll... I will give you 5 chocolates."

Like an excited child, Remus exclaimed, "Deal!" and got on behind Sirius, hugging him so he doesn't fall down.

Sirius started the engine and rode at normal speed, which surprised Remus because he thought he was going to drive at breakneck speed.

"Do you keep this speed?"

"Usually, yes. But if I am annoyed and the road is empty..."

They reached their destination 30 minutes later. 

"Welcome to my and James's home!", Sirius says, pointing to a large apartment building with large flats inside. Sirius guided Remus to his house and said, "Welcome home..."

Remus gasped. Inside, instead of a gigantic mess, was a clean, dimly lit room. Perfect for relaxation. He could also smell, cookies? The best date plan ever.

"I know that it is just our second date, but I decided to do a Netflix and chill kind of thing...", Sirius said sheepishly, blushing hard.

EDIT: When I wrote this part, I didn't know the true meaning of Netflix and Chill so please ignore my innocent self.
