/The Next day/

Dianne's POV

I got dressed and ran downstairs and made my aunt a coffee, I cleared away all the empty bottles, but I must have missed one as one was knocked over my head

'GET OUT YOU FUCKING SLAG, I DON'T WANT TO SEE YOUR FACE UNTIL THIS EVENING!'

I rushed out of the door grabbing my bag on the way out, I can feel the blood dripping down my face, but I don't bother to wipe it because it will just come back as soon as the buttercreams get hold of me, I clench my side in pain, as I look down at it I see a huge bruise and swelling, I wanted to cry a thousand tears but none came out, as I got into school, I went straight to my locker, but this time none of the buttercreams came up to me, I was actually thankful, I was already in to much pain

AJ- Dianne? Are you okay

Dianne- Yes I'm fine, i'll see you in dance later

AJ- you have blood dripping down your face, Dianne?

Dianne- AJ, just leave me alone, it's better if you do, I.. i'll see you in dance

I run off, and head to History as it was only 8 o'clock, we still had 45 inuets until we had to be in lessons

Mrs- Dianne, hun, can you please collect everything in from yesterday please

luckily she didn't notice any blood

Days in the sun

When my life has barely began

Not until my whole life is done

Will I ever leave you

Will I tremble again

To my dear one's gorgeous refrain?

Will you now forever remain

Out of reach of my arms?

All those days in the sun

What I'd give to relive just one

Undo what's done

And bring back the light

Oh, I could sing

Of the pain these dark days bring

The spell we're under

Still it's the wonder of us, I sing of tonight

How in the midst of all this sorrow

Can so much hope and love endure?

I was innocent and certain

Now I'm wiser but unsure

I can't go back into my childhood

(All those precious days) one that my father made secure (couldn't last)

I can feel a change in me (oh, hold me closer!)

I'm stronger now, but still not free

Days in the sun will return

We must believe as others do

That days in the sun

Will come shinning through

'You never said you could sing'

As I turned around I saw Joe, I turned back to the table I was at

'What do you want Joe?'

'You come into School'
