One Magical Trip

Chapter 4: Operation Proposal begins

~Lams (Alex's P.O.V)~

I will admit, I was pretty freaking excited to be finally be here. It was about midday so we quickly dropped our stuff off in our room then went and got some food. "We've got 4 days here, one for each park. We leave Saturday so our last full day is Friday" Herc explained and we all nodded. "Today we'll do most of Magic Kingdom, but let's not stay too long since we're staying on site, we get to go into the park early tomorrow." John said and we nodded again. I was nervous as all hell, not because of the rides or anything, but because of what I was planning to do

Herc had to go in for something and I went with him "Hey Herc..." I said nervously as I fidgeted with my hands "What's up Lex?' he asked and I took a shaky breath "What would you say if I said I was gonna propose to John sometime on the trip..." I said it quietly so no one else could hear. Herc smiled wide "Alex that's great for you!! I'm so proud" he pulled me in and ruffled my hair "Ok, Ok!!!" I laughed and pulled away. Herc smiled, "man, great minds must think alike then" he laughed a bit

My eyes widen "No way dude!!" I punched his arm lightly. He nodded "Yep, dude double Disney Proposal!!" he said happily yet also quietly since again, there were people everywhere. I smiled "Yeah, I just don't know where to do it" I said. Herc nodded "Well in front of the castle during the fireworks is always a good idea" He said and I nodded "What about you??" I asked "I'm gonna do it at animal kingdom on Friday" he replied "Animal Kingdom??"I asked as we bought some water "You'll see" he winked and we walked back to the table

So yeah, both of us were gonna propose... what the hell am I thinking?! There's no way I can do this!! I've gotta do it soon though, we're only going to Magic Kingdom tonight and maybe tomorrow!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!.... or... I can do it Friday Night while Herc does his at animal Kingdom... yeah that would work... and give me time to work up the courage to actually ask-

~Mullete (Herc's P.O.V)~

So, Alex was gonna propose to John. I honestly didn't think he had it in him, but here he was. Laf and I had been dating for about a year and a half and basically already lived together, so why not make it more official. I had it all planned out perfectly. Animal Kingdom normally closed at 11 but not on Friday (I made that up-) where it closed after Midnight. There was a big light show around 11 and after that a lot of people left so the park would mainly be empty. Then we would do some super cool ride, then stop by the Tree of Life when it's all lit up and pretty. Then, I ask

I'll admit I was pretty nervous, but I had 4 days, and I was fairly certain Laf would say yes, at least I hoped. We finished our food then bought some extra water then headed to the Monorail system which would take us to the park. Laf was bouncing in his seat the whole way and John was giving out suggestions "There's a ton of rides, and we've got fast passes for some of them-" he started but was cut off by Alex "Fast passes??" he asked "They get you into shorter lines for the rides" I explained and Alex "ohhhed"

I looked up the wait times for some of the rides "Man the waits for the good ones are an hour or more..." I said disappointed "John which one do we have a pass for?" I asked "Big Thunder" he said. Laf squealed "I like it already" Oh. My. God. He. Is. Too. Cute..... I checked the times again "Why don't we do a classic ride??" I asked and looked for one "How's Splash Mountain look Herc??' John asked as Alex looked out the window with Laf. "75 minutes, that's not too bad"

"For one ride?!" Alex asked "Alex that's short compared to some of the other rides" John explained "Jesus f-" I clamped a hand over his mouth "Disney bro, censor yourself" I took my hand off of his mouth and he nodded "oops.. sorry" I waved him off "It's cool man, just be careful. You can say some stuff if there aren't too many little kids around" I said "MES AMIES WE ARE HEREEEE" Laf exclaimed happily and we laughed a bit "Someone's definitely is excited" I said as we filed out. Laf practically ran to the check in point and the rest of us had trouble keeping up. God I could hardly wait any longer
