Finally, I am getting engaged to my Love, my Kartik!!!
Even Bhai approved of him...and he is happy with my choice.

I am on cloud nine!
But later the other day, Bhai spoke with my future in laws and dropped a Bomb!!!

I am supposed to be engaged within two weeks...!!!!

What!!!!!

No no, this can't be happening..!!!

Over our dinner I spoke to Bhai about this hurry.

I said- Bhai please what is the rush? Why are you getting me engaged this soon.?

Bhai said- What? Are you not happy??

I replied- Bhai ofcourse I am happy that you approve of my choice but I don't want to get married this soon.
I am not going to leave you and my angel this early.

Bhai said- Do you think it's easy for me chhoti(small one) ? But what has to be done is to be done.Kartik is a nice match for my princess...and his parents are also very good people.I am happy for you...now that you are going to get a complete family there.

I gasped and said- Bhai what are you saying? You two are enough for me...I promise. You never made me realise that i don't have mom and dad or we are incomplete. You are my everything.

Bhai said in a distant voice- I know princess...!!! But it's ok, I mean you have to go someday... Leaving me.!!!

I hold his hands, looked into his eyes and said- Bhai please don't say like this. I will not marry Kartik if you don't want...and am definitely not going to leave you two.

He said dropping his head low- No no, I am sorry princess!! I am just being selfish...!! I really like Kartik and his family. I want you settled in your life ..it's just that I feel like I am going to be alone again.

Tears pooled in my eyes with his confession. I know he feels lonely.

I pressed his hands and said- Bhai this is why I want you to over come your past and move on with a new partner who will be your support. Please Bhai get married if not for yourself....for Kiyara. Please.!

His demeanor changed....I know he is trying hard to suppress his anger now!
He said- Enough!!! How many times have I told you to not talk about this?
You know I can't do that. And I will not do it!

I sighed and told him- Bhai there is no rush...take your time...but please think about this...it is life we are talking about...you can't be lonely forever.

Bhai half smiled and said- Leave about all this nonsense. So, it's final...you are getting engaged and afterwards soon to be married. I will see to it that everything is according to your dreams.

I said- OMG! Bhai how I am going to arrange everything...what if I look like a plain jane.....what if I don't get my dress???

Then Bhai chuckled and said- My Drama Queen! Everything will just be perfect, don't worry. And Before I change my mind about Kartik, just say yes for this date! Or, you will not like what I do next.

Defeated I said- Aye Aye Boss!!!

We finished our dinner and left to our respective rooms.

I called my friend Janaki, she received my call in one ring!!!

Omg!! What happened...did he agree ...??? Are you still in one piece??? She said.

I laughed and said- Calm down Ms. Buzz! And Yes, I am in one piece... what do you think of my brother...Haan??

She said- Sorry baba! Nothing against your Vikram Bhai!!! Now tell me everything fast.

I said- My Vikram Bhai is one in a billion...He is very nice...and yes he agreed. I am getting engaged in two weeks. But the problem is I don't know how I am going to manage my dream ensemble? You know na i had imagined so many things about it...now what!? No designer is going to be ready to do my dress. Forget about Kartik! I said in one breath.

Janaki said- Relax there! I have a perfect person who would do it...that too in your time limit. And she is really good.

With that she told me about a designer "Akira Singh". I don't know where but I have heard about her...may be I have seen her in some fashion shows...I thought.
I decided to call her studio first thing in the morning.

Next day I called at the studio and I made an appointment with Akira Singh. Her assistant asked me to come the same day but in late afternoon. I was beyond happy.

My driver took me to the studio and there I met the assistant and she told me to wait...but as I was super excited....I ran towards the design office and very silently opened the door.

There I saw a woman a little elder to me...may be 3-4 years...she was lost in something...may be she was drawing some sketches. She didn't even notice that I entered her cabin...so I cleared my throat....and she looked up!!

And I was in a awe to see the beauty in front of me. She was very beautiful with big dark brown eyes, cute round nose, fair like silver vases. I must say she was an angel. I could not hold myself to look into her eyes and then her assistant introduced us.

I gave her hugs and kisses..... typical me! Even she was surprised..but who cares!!!
We discussed about my engagement and my dream ensemble. Also Karthik's.
Initially she hesitated since the timeline was very less...but seeing my helplessness and puppy face (which I made intentionally) she finally agreed!! Yayyayiiiiieeee!!!

Told you she is an angel. She is special...and there is something about her that gives me hope...!!! I don't know why....anyways...I am again meeting her in 2 days.

Guys!! I know this is more like a filler, but trust me this was necessary....!
