"So tell me about yourself, (y/n)," Tony prodded, knitting his eyebrows.

"I'm 22 years old, and I'm a/an (your zodiac)," I commented, setting up the address on my GPS before we took off. I didn't really know what he was asking, so I was just kinda saying things that popped up in my mind.

"Okay, cool. Why do you live in the middle of no where?" Tony asked, strapping his seatbelt.

"It's peaceful, and quiet. I have a sense of calm and stability here. No one's in a hurry to go places and do things. It's slow and calm, kind of like a pond in the middle of a tropical rainforest," I hummed thoughtfully, strapping my seatbelt on and sticking the key in the ignition.

"It is nice. Not really my style. I like being closer to the city. But that's your decision," he shrugged.

The car hummed to life, and we started out to the rental place.

"Is it rude of me to worry about the condition of my house while we're gone?" I asked, a nervous sweat trickling down my neck. We pulled out of my driveway and headed towards the highway.

"No, that's perfectly reasonable. I'm sure they're all taking a swing at Reindeer Games right about now," Tony suggested. I stopped at a red light, and I glanced over at him.

"Because of the attack on New York?" I questioned, mostly to clarify.

"Yeah. That happened somewhat recently. Within the last year," he mumbled.

"The movie came out within the last year," I said, connecting the dots as to how our dimensions cross.

"I try not to think about it. It's a sore subject. It was a bit of a wakeup call for me," he spoke, looking out of his window.

"I'm sure it scared you all," I replied sympathetically.

"It's like nothing I have ever experienced before. I've been through things and experienced things that were rough, but that? That was the cherry on top," he seemed jittery while he spoke, and it seemed like he was breathing rather heavily.

"You have the tech and the brains to prevent this in the future," I said smoothly, trying to calm him down. He didn't reply, but I could hear his panting.

"Are you okay?" I asked, preparing to pull over on the side of the highway.

"Ye...yeah I'm... I'm okay," he spoke as he wiped some sweat from his face. I turned the radio on in hopes to calm him down. I could only assume he was having an anxiety attack, something I was familiar with.

I left him alone. I knew that interferences didn't always help. I just kept my mouth sealed and focused on the directions the GPS would occasionally tell me.
