ONE SHOT
•••It was April, April first, April fools and Peter was ready for anything. The boy always had a sense of humour but to most people on this day he was just seen as annoying. The speedsters training was even brutally hard for the team to stand. Moving at the speed of light ment that he couldn't miss a thing and it certainly ment that he had the greater advantages over everyone. Peter flipped his silver locks to the side as he appeared in front of Scott, switching out his glasses. The red tinted, ordinary sunglasses sat on Scott's face. Opening his eyes a laser shot out uncontrollably across the danger room. The glasses on his face shattered.
Immediately Scott closed his eyes. An amount of fear struck the boy as he noticed his shattered. He didn't understand, he has been wearing that same pair of glasses for months. Scott stood with his hands covering his dangerous glare. He listened closely as he heard a muffled laugh. "Peter!" The speedster quickly appeared before him, tossing him back his original pair of glasses and disappearing from his sight. Scott growled in anger, storming away. Peter shrugged.
Time past before the they literally ran into each other again. This time Peter had switched Scott and Kurt's alarm clock without being seen. Scott and Kurt both fell to the floor by being hit by, well nothing but a silver blur. "Geez, Watch where you're going." Peter sounded unimpressed, watching the two of his friends stand back up from the wooden floorboards.
"You look almost invisible when you run around.", Scott breathed. Peter had ran around unnoticed all the time and this one particular time was enough to finally annoy Scott. The speedster was fast enough to go almost unseen, showing up as a silver blur to the ordinary eye.
"And Your point is?
"My point is that you're being a complete pain in the ass today.", Scott shot back in sas. Peter rolled his eyes. "That's the point, it's April fools." Scott was left in silence by Peter's remark. Yeah it was and Scott haven't even noticed. He felt like an idiot and an over reactor.
Peter stood there watching him with his arms crossed. "And it seems that humour is my middle name.", the speedster bragged. Scott gave his comment a small laugh. Okay, that was a good use of that line. He had to admit it but he couldn't help by wonder. "What actually is your middle name?"
"Django.", Peter simply answered. Scott was taken by surprise. "Really?", he asked. 'D- Djan-go', Scott could barley remember what the speedster has just said.
"Is there a problem with that?" Peter couldn't help but notice Scott's odd facial expressions of confusion. "Nope.", the laser shooting mutant replied as Kurt bamfed in front of him, wearing his red leather jacket from his danger room outfit. Completely out of nowhere Peter started to speak.
"You know Kurt, your red jacket looks like Michel Jackson's.", Peter hinted the obvious music reference here and there.
"Who?" Kurt looked confused. Scott let out a sigh.
