Kayleigh POV

When I walked out of Lexas tent the first thing I see is Raven, falling helpless to the ground, pulling Finns body in her arms.

I need to get away, and I can't get my body to move fast enough. Not when I see my brother body laying so still on the ground.

I keep looking, waiting to see the rise and fall of his chest. I didn't realise how long I'd been standing there until Ravens screams penetrated my ears.

"Go away!" She screams holding Finn tighter. "You did this! You killed him!" She wailed.

It was then that I understood she was screaming at me.

"I had to.. To save him, I had to." But even as I whispered the words, I couldn't choke down the guilt I felt, as I turned to walk away.

"Kayleigh!"

Bell..No..

I didn't want to see him, or Tavia, or anyone not now. I could feel my control slipping, simmering just beneath the surface. I stopped walking knowing I wouldn't be able to avoid him.

"Kayleigh." Bellamy says stopping in front of me, Tavia and Lincoln lingering behind him.

He's searches my face as he pulls my stiff body into his arms. He holds me tighter and all I want is to run. Then Raven starts screaming again.

"What are you doing? What are you doing?" She yells as two grounders come to take my brothers body.

"We need to take him-" Clarke starts

"Like hell you do!" Raven yells cutting her off. "Get off!"She shouts shoving the males away from her and Finn.

"Can you give us a minute... Please." Clarke said to the grounders.

They stood there stiffly for a moment before moving back.

"Clarke-"

Quickly I latch onto his arm. "Bell, don't." Tensions were running high enough as it was.

"Kayleigh, what?" He looks at me confused as I shake my head letting go of his arm taking a step back.

"Why didn't you do it?" Raven questions as the tears still flow. "Why did you give her the knife? Why didn't you stop her?!" She yells throwing a hate filled glare at me.

"Raven.. They would've tortured him if Kayleigh didn't do what she did.. We didn't have a choice." With the way Raven was looking at her, I knew right now those words ment nothing to her.

I couldn't blame her not really.

Holding back her own tears Clarke continues.

"We're taking him back to the village where the massacre took place, there's a death ritual. It's the only way to get our people out of Mount Weather." Clarke said when I didn't answer. "We're leaving with the Grounders and I need you to work on the radio."

"You agreed to this?" He mumbled softly to me.

"Yes." I said with a firm nod.
