I looked at her smirking face, there was glee in her eyes. 

She did this on purpose

'She is a real bitch'  I replied back to Rose. She tried attacking me, acted vulnerable so that the situation appear where she has to fight with me. She is such a cunning bitch.

' Until our last breath' I completed her sentence knowing full well that I have to give my hundred percent even if I am at disadvantage here. "Rules are - You fight until the other doesn't surrender, use your strength, power and whatever ability you possessed, Don't go for the killing shot" Chase said getting comfortable on his throne. At the last rule, bitch looked disappointed, like she was ready to kill me. We will see girl, we will see!

I took my fighting stance parting my legs at a distance, she just stand there bored checking out her nails. I gritted my teeth in annoyance, she is so full of herself, I bet she is thinking that I can't beat her sorry ass. "Start " Chase yelled and I ran in her direction swinging my fist going for her head, suddenly she disappeared from my view making me halt. I looked around my surrounding because I knew this trick. I felt breath on my neck which made me swing my leg in a round house kick, I heard her yelp and she appeared again rubbing her cheek. So that's where I hit her. I smirked, she scowled at me and then in next second she ran fast toward in aiming for my legs but I dodged her attack punching her in the stomach. She kicked me at my chest, making me stumbled but I regained by composure, this went like that for a while. She is a good fighter but not better than me. We were both breathing heavily, she got few good hits on me, corner of my mouth was bleeding but I did better on her, by breaking her few ribs, I know she can not heal herself as I saw that earlier. I discreetly looked at Chase, he was sitting stiffly on his seat looking over here. Other than that his face was void of any emotions. Alex on the other hand looked perplexed, looking between me and Annalise. I know he thought that I was not a good fighter.

I nodded in response, "I guess we should end this fight now" she said staring at me, I feel the same way and then she did some hand gestures which made me cried out in pain feeling fire burning my skin from the inside.

She is using her powers

The pain became excruciating that I bent down on my knees, gritting my teeth in pain. How come I always came across fire elemental.

We have a very bad luck

"Do you like it" I heard her voice which was much closer than before and then I feel her kicking me on my head which made me fall flat on the ground. I was still feeling the burning sensation in my whole body that I was unable to protect myself from the upcoming slaughter from her. She was ruthless, she kicked, punched, slapped me. I was bleeding from the corner of my head as well as my nose was bleeding, there were cuts and bruises marred my body. I swiped the blood away from my nose with my hand and stood shakily on my legs. Burning feeling was gone for now. 

"Do you accept defeat?" she asked chuckling looking over at my condition. I breathed through my mouth, clenching my fist in pain. "Never" I shook my head and gave her a little smirk which pained my face even to move a muscle but I did it any way knowing it will anger her more. She glared at me and then I felt pain on my head. Not again. She cannot control fire, she can give pain to others or maybe she is using some sort of spell. I gritted my teeth controlling the tears, pain was unbearable now but I can not accept defeat. This is my only chance of getting out of this hell hole. "Stop this non sense" Alex yelled from somewhere in the crowd. But his voice drowned down by people chanting in the crowd. They were cheering for Annalise.
