I was staring at the ceiling, my mind was blank. I just wanted to have this moment for myself because after that my life will take a turn for good or worst, its depends on fate. After the talk with Chase, he let me have some privacy which I was craving. I have packed my things for this journey, Alex and Alyssa will be joining us with some of the soldiers from Midnight. I never thought I would go to Baruna with these people. It was journey of mine, Caleb and Kyle to get away from the same King who is going to be with me. Fate has played very well, changing the situation unexpectedly.
How much I miss my family and friends, I am feeling alone among these strangers. I need my mother to give me a tight hug, I need my father to tell me that everything will be fine, I need my brother who will complain to me about Sarah, I need my best friend who will joke around me to lighten up my mood. I want my old life back where only problem was how I am going to complete the task my father gave me. This situation where I am stuck now is completely different, the person who I have to fight is my mate which I never thought I will get in my life but now I have him, it would be better if I never have met him. All of my problems started because of him, he is the root of it. He doesn't deserved to call a mate.
I always wished for a love like my parents have. I always smiled watching them together thinking some day I will get this. Now I laugh at my cruel fate who gave me monster as a mate who only want me for breeding after that I will useless to him. But I won't let this happen, this is my life, I will make the decisions of what I want. And I want to get away from this Kingdom, get away from Chase and every one around here even if some of them are nice to me but I don't want any reminder of this time. After we will find the Gem, I will part away from these people and if they tried to stop me, they will have to answer to my powers.
"I will be fine" I murmured to this silent room making a vow to myself that I will get out of this mess whatever it takes.

We were standing in front of the enormous door, the same door I destroyed months ago to get away from here and now I am here again going to walk out of this Kingdom without creating any havoc. I smiled remembering the time "Finally a smile" Alex nudged me, he was trying to talk to me for a while but I am in no mood to start a conversation with anybody. I talked to Alyssa for a bit about my condition. She told me its nothing to worry about, we will find the Gem and everything will be fine but I could see uncertainty in her eyes. There is something they are not telling me by the way Chase is acting around me but I will find out soon.
Chase came towards us in his fighting gears, two swords attached to his back and twin dagger hanging to his hips. He looked regal in the attire, I shook my head to get the image out of my head, he is just helping me for his selfish purpose. He stand in front of us staring at everyone, I looked down when his eyes met mine avoiding eye contact. "You all know why we are here, everyone here is best fighter in their field because we are trespassing in unknown territory, there will be danger we are not trained for but we have to fight it, We have to find the Gem" he said in his authority voice making everyone nodded in response and yelled 'yes'.
"But why do we need to find the Gem?" One of the soldier asked walking forward, he was muscular in size with short hair. He was bold to ask question to his King but soldiers should know why they are risking their life for.
Chase looked at the soldier and smirked "Because We need it to build out power more, its time to get revenge on Sabriya" he yelled and crowd started cheering, I growled lowly What is he saying, I thought we were going there to save me. I looked at Alex, he looked confused as well but didn't say a word.
"Its time, we shall depart" he said and soldiers started marching when the door opened, just then I heard the clicking of heels. I turned around and sighed in annoyance.
