We were standing at the entrance of Baruna mountains, same place where I stood with my friends a month ago to escape my fate. But the same fate brought me here with the person I was running from. Night approach us fast than we thought and entering in the night is like inviting death to our front door.
"We will continue our journey tomorrow" Chase stated looking at those beautiful mountains. They are too alluring, too peaceful, they call people towards them but I know what lies there- danger, blood and death. "Can't argue on this " Caleb said shuddering and quickly stood beside Kat. I chuckled, why can't they confess their love to each other already.

"We should collect woods to keep us warm for tonight" Will said looking around him, "Why do we need woods, we have Em to keep us warm with her fire power" instantly Kat reply came then she realize her mistake forgetting that I have lost my powers. She looked at me grimacing when she saw my face fell, I tried to smile back then walked away from there. I tried to calm my heartbeat which have pick up instantly, my hands were trembling. I took long breaths to control my emotions.
"Everything will be just fine, she didn't mean that" I murmured to myself to ease the turmoil of emotions. I clenched my fist to stop them from shaking, suddenly a hand came and took my clenched fist in both of his hands. They stopped shaking as soon as his touch register in my mind and the little sparks I was feeling from the mate bond. I didn't pull away from him knowing well that I need him more than anything. He is the one who can instantly calm me and get a rise from me at the same time. "What are you doing here?" I asked my voice shaky, I didn't hear his reply so I looked at him, he was looking directly at me, for the first time I saw little concern on his face, but it was gone as quickly as it came. "Why do you always act like a cry baby" he said annoyed, I quickly snatched my hand away and glare at him "I wasn't crying" I growled, a smile appear on his face "Well that's good because the real danger is there and I don't want to handle a weeping mate" he mocked me pointing to the mountains, I scoffed "Yeah right" I snapped but there was a smile on my face. He let me out of my saddened state without even me knowing even if his method was bad. I appreciate that about him
"When I get my powers back, then I want a dual between us so I will beat your sorry ass" I said playfully, I want to see what are the boundaries of his powers. His face darkened suddenly, I furrowed my eyebrow in confusion,"What happened?" I asked, he shook his head and throw a smirk at me "We will see about that".

We were sitting in a circle with fire burning in the center. Thousands of stars scattered in the dark sky giving us a beautiful view. "Alright Guys, we don't know what will happen tomorrow, so for once lets be civil with each other" Alex said sitting cris crossed, I nodded along, he is right. This is the last time we are all together, our future is unknown.
"I agree" Kat said
"I consent" Caleb said as well after Kat, I snicker when Kat punched him on the shoulder and he yelped in pain, we only say 'I consent' when we are about to marry each other. "I was only joking" he yelled when she didn't stop her assault. Chase looked at me quirking his brows, I just shrugged my shoulder in response.
"Okay, lets play a game" I said cutting their bickering, every one stopped and stared at me.
"We should play truth or dare or in this case truth or truth" I said remembering Kyle and I used to play that game a lot when I was in Terra. Everyone wore confused expression so I explained the rules to them.
"This is the best you can come up with" Annalise said bluntly scrunching her nose in disgust, I opened my mouth to tell her off but some one else beat me to it. "It is good game to pass the time, I don't see any problem in that" Will said staring at her with blank expression, I frowned and looked between them. She growled lowly but didn't say anything further.
