I pull a black jumper over my head and lock the door behind me. Turning the corner I walk straight into Tris. I gulp and scratch the back of my neck.
"Hey Tris," I mutter. She is wearing a tight black dress and very tall red heels. She's still shorter than me which is one of the things I love about her.
"Umm, hi," We stand there for about a minute, just looking at each other. I can't take it anymore. The hiding, the secrecy.
I step forward and gently press my lips against hers. She wraps her arms around me and soon I have her pressed against the wall. I kiss her smooth pale neck and she runs her fingers through my hair. I open the door to my apartment again, dragging her inside. The door closes behind me.
I lay her down on the bed and stroke her hair.
"Are you sure?" I say, I don't want to take advantage of her in any way.
She nods peeling off my shirt and kicking her shoes.
"I'm sure."
THREE WEEKS LATER
•TRIS•I rush to the bathroom, puking my guts out into the toilet. Zeke comes rushing in, holding my thick blonde hair back.
"Are you okay? Do you have a fever?" He asks worriedly, checking my forehead. He gets to his feet.
"I think I have some medicine in my room," With that he runs out the door.
I rummage through my wash bag for some hair grips and a wipe and suddenly I freeze. In my hand is a small box of tampons. I quickly start counting the days on my fingers and gasp when I realise how late I am.
"I found some of these erudite tablets or something, do you think those will help?" Zeke shouts and I shove the box into the bag and push it back into the drawer.
"Actually, I think I'm okay now, thanks though!" I push past him and run out of the door.

I'm taking out all of my frustrations on a punching bag in the training room. I'm so focused on my jabs that I almost don't notice the figure standing in the doorway.
"Hello, Four," She whispers 'seductively' and I try not to gag.
"I'm busy Lauren," I turn back to the punching bag.
"Too busy for me?" She folds her arms, pushing up her obvious cleavage.
I step towards her.
"Look Lauren, I was really drunk and you took advantage of me. Also that was what a year ago? Do you not get my message? I don't like you in that way!" Her eyes well up with tears and she presses her lips against mine.•TRIS•
I walk through the shop, my black hood pulled up and covering most of my face. I retrieve a few random items and then quickly grab for a pregnancy test. Shoving it into my basket, I walk towards the till.
"Tris is that you? Tris? Tris!" I turn around to find Christina rolling her eyes.
"What the hell are you doing here and dressed like that?"
"Umm just picking up some essentials Uriah forgot to get on Tuesday," I hide the test behind my back.
"Alright then, well what's that?" She points to the test.
"Umm nothing, absolutely nothing. Just some umm... some..."
"Oh give me that!" She snatches it out of my trembling hand. Reading the label, she puts her hand over her mouth in shock.
"Are you?"
"I think so, yes" I begin to sob and Chris pulls me into a hug.
"Come on let's go buy this and then you can take it at your place, Zeke and Uriah are hanging out with everybody else,"
"Yeah alright," I sniff, rubbing my eyes with the back of my hand.
ONE HOUR LATERI sit on the toilet, biting my nails in nervousness. One more minutes until the result. I'm glad I have Christina with me.
"Times up!" She hands me the stick.
"Could you maybe look first?" I tuck a stray piece of hair behind my ears.
"Sure okay,"
She picks it up and looks at the results.
"Tris you're... you're pregnant!"
