How dare he? why would he do this? just turn up out of nowhere. its so rude. I didn't want to see him, well i didn't think i did. I mean come on.. Brody is mega hot, especially in a suit like he wore for work experience. anyways, i almost kissed him! We almost kissed!! that moment could have changed my life forever and he, That Jimmie, he had to go and ruin it. What was he thinking. I haven't spoken to him in like a month and then, there he was stood outside my lecture theatre in uni, on a Saturday! Cant help but fell kinda stalked to be honest. it makes no sense. what does he want? Is he here just to try and ruin my life again?

"are you okay?" Jimmie asked Anna

the sound of his voice made her even more confused. his accent wasn't that strong. They stood in the corridor staring at each other for a moment. The silence made them both realize a few things. it let some things sink in. Anna noticed that Jimmie was shorter than she had imagined, he couldn't have been taller than 5'7". but that was plenty tall seeing as Anna had only just about scraped 5'3". She began to apologize for running off,and then tried to leave; returning to the lecture. She had just turned round when her phone rang. It was her best friend Anita. Anita had never called Anna before, they only ever text if they could think of anything else to talk about because of the amount of time they spent together in school. She was in almost all of Anna's classes too, and they could never get anything past each other. until recently. when Anna had stopped skyping Jimmie, she realized that she needed more love in her life, have a bit more fun. But somehow Anita must of taken it the wrong way as a month or so before that, in the middle of summer, Anita was cheated on by her boyfriend, Ben, he tried it on with Anna (whom he previously dated) and then had a bit more fun on holiday. The whole thing when people say ' oh summer is going be exciting' became a little to literal for the girls. Once Anna told Anita about the drama she dumped Ben, this all led up to the phone call.

"Hey!"

"hello.."

"Yeah, hi Anna, i know i never call but i have something really important to tell you. I was meant to tell you sooner but i didn't know how you would take it."

"what is it? you know you can tell me anything. ill do my best not to kill you -sarcastic laugh-"

"ha ha.... umm.. yeah.. well, the things is that.. well..."

"spit it out woman, I'm supposed to be in a lecture"

"sorry, well what i needed to tell you was that.. well you know Ben.. "

"Ben, the dickhead.. that Ben?"

"yeah, my Ben... that one"

"wait hang on? you just said your Ben?? care to explain?!"

"well, yeah... my Ben.. we kinda .. yeah... umm....."

"what you're trying to say is, Sorry Anna i know its wrong but I'm an idiot..i think the're the words you're looking for."

"I'm so sorry, i love him though!"

"DON'T YOU DARE GIVE ME THAT LOVE BULLSHIT!! I TOLD YOU NEVER TO CONSIDER THIS SITUATION"

"i know but..."

"BUT NOTHING! WHY? HOW? WHAT POSSESSED YOU TO EVEN CONSIDER TAKING HIM BACK? AFTER EVERYTHING THAT HE DID? I WOULD HAVE NEVER THOUGHT YOU COULD BE SO STUPID ANITA?! SO STUPID? I DON'T EVEN WANT TO HEAR YOU'RE REASON FOR..........."

Anna collapsed and hung up. she fell straight to the floor just as Brody walked out of the lecture theatre to hear what all the shouting was about. He falls to his knees at Anna's side. Desperately trying to awaken her. He spins his head round. Spotting Jimmie and the random teacher rushing to Anna's side. he questions. what happened? what did you do? you could cut the tension between Jimmie and Brody with a knife and it probably would have been done if the teacher hadn't tried to pick up Anna and shout to take her to medical room.

Brody picks Anna up, he looked as if he was a guy from a soap and he was in the process of losing his wife. he pain that struck his face was that of a thousand pins shooting through the sky and attacking him as he ran. Anna remained motionless in his arms.

The boys hovered over the bed in the medical room. They were arguing. over Anna. Brody fought his corner by bringing up the fact that he has known Anna since he was 3. And he knows more about her, how he would have kissed her if Jimmie hadn't had got involved. Brody started to argue that Anna wouldn't be in this situation if he hadn't turned up. Anna was awake by this point but remained still and silent to overhear what the boys could say about her. it started to get a bit serious to the point where she could get out a knife and cut the tension again.

"hey.. shut up!" Anna croaked. " i know I'm fabulous and all but neither of you can have me." acknowledging that hit the all like a tonne of bricks. " i have a friend.. if i can still call her that.. and she needs my help. she clearly cannot see her fate, like the rest of us can. its gonna hurt her i cant have that. so all my attention is going on her, and neither of you can make me change my mind. its a small possibility that either of you are my future.. but if it was to happen Brody would have more of a chance." she glared at Jimmie and he left. never to be seen or heard of again. Anna informed Brody on her plans to save her friend.
