Mates?

I sit there heaving with a strong amount of anger. Why the hell wouldn't he tell me this sooner. I'm so angry right now I don't even want to be around him and I start to make my way to the door. I open it before it's shut by a hand. I need to get out of this nut house.

" Ebony stop over reacting!" He shouts

Did he just seriously say that to me. To Me!

" did you seriously just raise your voice at me?! Let's be honest here buddy I'm not the one who just turned into a huge wolf last time I checked. Since when is that even possible?!?! I mean how can that happen?" I say running my hands all over my face I'm in shock right now, I think.

" well it's possible because my parents are werewolf's too. And second of all you are my mate you are supposed to love me for the werewolf I am. In fact you have a huge responsibility here you are the future Luna queen."  He says like I'm supposed to just get over it like that. He is looking at me like I'm over reacting those blue eyes of his saying really, really. Ugh boys I swear.

" what! I am not staying with you are you kidding me." I say running towards the door but he grabs me before I get there and puts me in his lap on the couch. I try to move but he just holds me tighter. I try a new tactic.

" I'm sorry I over reacted Riv" I say and lightly kiss him making him smile up at me.
" it's ok baby your were just in shock." He now lets me go just like I wanted him to and try's to hug me but it's too late and I make a run for it. Frick he has grabbed me after like two minutes of me failing to run man I need to work out. Ha I say that but I never will.

"  STOP trying to escape Ebony I'm sick of it"  He looks aggravated
He sticks me on his lap again in a tight grasp

" you are going to sit here and listen to me even if you don't like it." He says

" fine let's get this over with." I say and he looks at me like I'm a child

" I'll start off with the mate part. So there is a Moon Goddess who decides who are soulmates are from birth if you are a werewolf it's just a matter of time before we find our mates. I was lucky enough to find mine at 18. Werewolf's usually find their mates from the ages 16-21 .  Any how mates are soulmates it would be a potential death risk for us to be away from each other more so on my part because I'm a wolf unless I reject you, which I would never do because I love you more than anything. I can't live without you." He says while looking sad and hugging me and putting his head in neck.  I feel bad for the way I reacted now.

" what about the rest?" I ask

" Ebony I'm the future king of Werewolf's meaning I control all alphas because I have Lycan heritage it makes me the strongest alive which also make you my Luna Queen. Since I have Lycan heritage it also means I have a longer life span."

" how much longer ?"

" honestly like 1500-2000 years hence the reason again I'm so lucky to have found my mate so early. My dad and mom didn't find each other until he was 452 and she was 289 so it's very rare, but it just confirms some things even more." He says
All of the sudden  he kisses me hard and I kiss him back I have to admit I think I love him too. Maybe that's why I felt sparks on me when he touches me ( the werewolf thing). He picks me up taking me up stairs to his room.

He starts kissing the place between my shoulder and neck making me moan leaving hickeys in his wake. He starts laughing.

" what is so funny?" I ask

" well you see you were trying your best to leave and look at us. Knock knock babe."

" Are you serious?" I say laughing too

" uh duh"

"Ok I'll bite who's there." I say

" orange"

" orange who?" I ask

" orange you glad you are mine?" He says and laughs with me.

Somehow we start making out again and he kisses and licks my neck. I moan and then I feel something sharp sink into my neck.

" fuck owww! What the FUCK!" I say that hurt like a bitch. He just keeps licking me and it doesn't hurt anymore in fact it feels good, but I push him off of me.

" why the hell would you bite me?" I ask

" because I wanted to mark you and to show other males that you are taken and not to be touched." He says casually.

" why didn't you ask me !"

" because you were gonna say no and we are mates we mark each other it's normal. In fact mates usually do it on the first day they meet each other. So we are an anomaly baby." He acts like this is normal
He pulls out his phone and takes a picture of us and posts it on Snapchat. Ha wolfs have Snapchat.

He lays his head on my chest and I play with his wavy brown hair.

" have you ever loved someone so much that you can't imagine your life without them?"

He asks . Hmm were did this come from? He's never talked about anything deep before with me.

So I answer him honestly " besides my mom no....have you ?"

" not until August 26 2019." He said .

It just hit me that, that was the day we first met. He turns his head up at me looking at me like I'm his world.

" that was the day we met."

" I know."

"Hey guess what" I say happily

" what" he says looking amused

" I love you" I say pointing at him. He lunges at me and holds me while kissing all over my face.

" I love you more than life itself." I feel my heart melt from those words.

My life feels so complete with him I can't imagine how I could go without him now.
