A few days have passed as me and Merida continued to practice for the musical, although we had to make sure that Astrid and Flynn don't spot us singing and try to rat us out. I nearly had a close call with Flynn when I was practice. Luckily I manged to hide somewhere safe so Flynn couldn't find me. I met up with Merida who also had a near close call with Astrid in the girls bathroom. We kept meeting up with Rapunzel in the music room and practicing our song for the call backs.
However, I had to change into my riding uniform quickly because I was so busy singing that I completely lost track of time for riding practice. I arrived too late and missed the entire practice "I'm going to do a few laps." I told my dad. My dad looked at me with eyes of disappointment and just let me practice. Toothless and I were so busy practicing our laps that we didn't even see Merida come walking in the race track.
Merida: "So this is your real stage."
Hiccup: "I guess you could call it that or just a scale covered track. "
Merida: "Mind if I give it a try?"
Hiccup: "Sure, I'll let you use Toothless."
Merida does one lap around the track
Hiccup: "WHOA! Don't tell me you're good at riding, too!"
Merida: "You know, my dad taught me how to ride a horse when I was young so riding a dragon is just like riding a horse only with wings."
Hiccup: "No way. That's amazing."
Merida: "Yeah, he also taught how to swing a sword and shoot an arrow, on my sixth birthday he gave me my first bow. He would always tell me 'Lass, if you know what you're fighting for, you'll never miss your target."
Hiccup: "He sounds like a wise man."
Merida: "He was. I've been rehearsing with Rapunzel."
Hiccup: "Me too. and, um, by the way, uh, I missed practice. So if I get kicked off the team, it should be on your conscience."
Merida: "Hey, in my defense, I wasn't the one who told you to--"
Hiccup: "Merida, just chill."
Merida punches Hiccup's arm
Hiccup:"Ohhhh, Now your in trouble!"
I chased after Merida and tackled her, she was laughing like crazy but since we were only now was my chance to pull off a kiss. I pulled her in close and kissed her on the lips, she didn't even heisted she kissed back as well.

However, we had to end it quick because my dad came waltzing into the race track "What's going on here?!" he shouted. I flinch when my dad yelled, everyone on the team gets scared of my dad when he's mad and no one wants to be around for that.
Hiccup: "Dad, practice is over."
Stoick: "Not until the last rider leaves the gym. Team rule."
Merida: "I'm sorry, sir."
Hiccup: "Dad, this is Merida Dunbroch. She's the one I'd met at the new years eve party."
Stoick: "It's finally nice to met you, Ms Dunbroch."
Merida: "Just call me Merida. I'll see you later, Hiccup. (Kissed him on the cheek.)"
Stoick: "Hiccup..."
Hiccup: "I know what you're going to say dad, I should have told you I was helping her around the school. But I wasn't sure how you would react around her. She's smart, funny, string, and an amazing archer. And I love her."
Stoick: " I was going to say, treat her well, son."
