Hey everyone! It's been a while sorry- school's been chaotic and I FINALLY have a moment of free time.

So, I've decided to continue this little series beyond high school, because honestly college is gonna be a bitch so atleast I'll have a way to vent about it.

Anyways, on to the topic at hand: GRAD NIGHT! For those of you who don't know, Grad Night is a celebration that seniors have where they go to a place like a theme park/amusement park for a night and just get to have fun! Even though I didn't go to MY grad night because the place it was at was kind of shit, I've gathered some important tips you might like to know!

1. Dress comfortable
Some of you guys will have to follow a dresscode, because most theme parks have rules on what you can or cannot wear. Just remember that you're going to be walking alot, so don't wear shoes that are going to hurt, and don't dress fancy because you'll be moving around A LOT.

2. Pay in advance
A lot of people wait til the last minute to buy their Grad Night ticket, which is a reallyyyy bad idea. Not only does it cause unnecessary stress, but there is a possibility that the buses you take will fill up and the tickets will sell out. So, just buy it as soon as possible.

3. Know what to bring
Going back to the rules that these establishments have, alot of them don't allow you to bring personal items into the park. This includes: backpacks, water bottles, food, spare clothing, etc. What you CAN bring, however is things like: fanny packs/wallets, phones, and jackets. I don't understand why it's so strict, but it really sucks.

4. Rest up
It's important to get enough sleep before you leave. I know at my school, the seniors are out of school a few days before Grad Night, so that gives them ample opportunity to sleep in and rest up. Basically, you're gonna be up and running around all night long (I think its like 8pm-3am or something?) so you're DEFINITELY gonna want to sleep.

5. Stay in a group
This one is a basic rule, but the degree of importance kind of varies. Obviously for your safety, you don't want to wander off alone. A lot of times, there's more than one school there at the event, so you don't want to seclude yourself. In some places, they don't close the venue down, so there is still random people there, meaning STRANGER DANGER. So, just stay in a group and be watching your surroundings.

Ok! My brain hurts so I'm gonna cut this off here. I'm hoping you find this useful,  and I'll see you guys later!

Also, if you wanna follow my stan twitter, my user is in my bio:)

Tootles!
