Colby watched Dean as he picked at his lunch in the diner.

"Not hungry?" Colby commented as he folded his arms.

"Not really," Dean replied as he pushed his plate away from him.

"What's up? Normally you can't stop eating".

"I'm just nervous," Dean admitted in a mumble.

"Why?" Colby wondered.

"Zig and I are having our first date today," Dean confessed.

"I never thought that I would see the day that Dean Thompson would be a nervous wreck about a date with a girl. There's a first time for everything," Colby was chuckling to himself.

"Colby," Dean warned as he groaned in embarrassment.

"This is the cutest thing ever," Colby teased his best mate relentlessly.

"Lay off," Dean added.

"So what do you have planned for the big day?" Colby wondered.

"What do you mean?" Dean narrowed his green eyes.

"I mean, where are you taking her on the date?" Colby asked curiously.

"The beach," Dean answered.

"The beach?" Colby repeated in shock.

"Mate, this is not how you start a relationship- especially your first proper adult relationship. You can't just take Ziggy to the beach. It has to be somewhere proper- like a fancy restaurant," Colby gave the suggestion.

"Really? A fancy restaurant isn't my kind of scene and I don't think Zig likes them that much either," Dean shot back his advice.

"I'm telling you, man. If you want to make a first good impression, then you should bring her somewhere nice," Colby told him.

"How are you doing with Robbo back in the bay?" Ziggy asked as she walked around town with Jasmine.

Robbo had skipped town after breaking up with Jasmine.

Jasmine knew that Tori Morgan was pregnant with his baby and decided not to tell him.

"To be honest, it's awkward. I'm so afraid that I'm going to run into him. I try to avoid places where he spends a lot of time. It's safe to say I've been doing my workouts at home now," Jasmine responded as she slipped her fingers in the pockets of her faded blue jeans.

"Tell me about it. I avoid "Salt" like the plague," Ziggy chipped in.

"How are you and Brody? Have you talked to him lately?"

Ziggy shrugged her shoulders.

"We talked yesterday and it helped me a lot. I will always hate what he did to me but it's useless holding onto the anger and letting it ruin my life," she declared with a nod of her head.

"What about good old Dean?" Jasmine smiled.

"Dean is my future," Ziggy gave a small laugh.

"In fact, we're going on our first date today," she added.

"That's exciting. Where are you going?" Jasmine wondered.

"I'm not sure, but I think Dean knows that I'm not in anything extravagant," Ziggy said.

"Ziggy! Dean's here," Ben called from the hallway.

"Can you let him in please, dad?" Ziggy called back as she put her on sapphire earrings to match her blue top.
