Chapter 5

Y/n's pov

I woke up to see Kashi-san gone. The sun is still out, so I only fell asleep for a little. I got up and saw a note,

Dear Y/n,

I didn't want to wake you, so I left you this note. I'm on a mission right now, and won't be back until tomorrow next morning, there is some money on the table and food in the fridge. You should explore the village a little but don't stay out to late. See you tomorrow and be safe.

So Kashi-san is on a mission. Guess I'll go explore then. I'll just stay in my dress and brush my hair and teeth.

*5 minutes later*

I have my boots on so I'll go now. I get a little bit of money and walk outside.

"There's a lot of people", I mumbled to myself.

"Oh my God!", I heard some squealing behind me so I turned around and saw a bunch of people "She's so cute!", Oh God no, I ran. I jumped from rooftop to rooftop until I saw a blonde boy getting yelled at by some kids. I stopped and looked at them.

"Monster!", I narrowed my eyes.

"No one wants you just leave!", The boy just stood there, but I couldn't stand this anymore. I jumped and landed in front of the blonde boy.

"Leave him alone!", I glared at the other boys

"Who are you!?", I started getting angry.

"Leave now!", I took out a kunai and glared at them "NOW!", All the others ran away. I turned around and looked at the blonde, he looks like he's around my age.

"Are you ok?", He just looked at me with wide eyes. I waved a hand in front of his face "Hello?", He blinked and backed away.

"Why did you help me?", I got confused.

"Cause I wanted to...?", then he had a wide smile.

"Really!?", I scratched the back of my head.

"Yeah, and I'm new here so if you don't mind want to be friends?", I smiled back at him.

"Yeah! My name is Naruto Uzumaki and I'm gonna be Hokage, believe it!", he was smiling and I smiled to.

"My name is Y/n and I hope you become Hokage", I got my first friend.

"Let's go play", he grabbed my hand and walked towards a playground.

"What do we play first?", I asked him

"Let's play hide and seek", I smiled and nodded.

*6 hours later*

It's around 6:00 p.m. I should probably go back home now.

"Hey Naruto it's getting late I have to go home now", he nodded his head.

"Ok Y/n, bye!",

"Bye Naruto!", We waved each other good bye and went our separate ways. I jumped on the rooftops again until I saw a lake. It's beautiful, the moonlight shining off of it. I jumped on the deck and sat down, maybe a little more time won't hurt.

"Hey!", I turned around and saw a boy around my age with black hair looking at me.

"Hello", I said while looking back at the lake.

"What are you doing here?", I looked back at the boy.

"I guess I got distracted by the beauty of the lake", he nodded.

"It is beautiful", I smiled got a rock next to me and skipped it. Then the boy sat next to me. "So what are you doing out?", He asked me.

"To be honest, I'm kinda just exploring since I'm new here", I just nervously laughed.

"Really, well my name is Sasuke", I smiled.

"My name is Y/n", we both stared at the lake for a little longer.

"So are you going to be in the academy?", I nodded "Well if you are, then I hope we're in the same class", I smiled and nodded.

"I hope we are", then I got up. "Well, I gotta get going, bye!", I waved good bye and jumped back on to the rooftops.

*5 minutes later*

I jumped down to the front door and unlocked it. I'm so exhausted, I jumped on the bed. Then my stomach growled

"Ugh, dumb stomach", I got up and went to the kitchen. I walked to the fridge and opened it "Hmm, I'll just eat a few dangos", I got the bowl and started eating a few dangos. I put the bowl back in the fridge and jumped back on the bed. I smiled to myself "I made friends", I mumbled and then the darkness consumed me.
