Chapter 9

Y/n's pov

When we finished eating we all walked back to the academy. It was quiet but not one of those awkward silence things it was more peaceful. I started getting bored and I think we might be late if we keep walking. "Hey guys let's have a race!", We looked at each other and nodded. We stopped and got ready to run.

"1",

"GO!",

We all ran as fast as we could. I passed the two. I increased my speed to get a little more faster. I saw the academy in the distance "Y/N!", I looked back and saw them far behind. I laughed and kept running. I saw our classes window open, so I did the most logical thing. I jumped through the window. "Y/N!?".

No one's pov

Everyone was getting back inside the class. The students were just waiting for Iruka-sensei. Then out of nowhere their new classmate jumped through the window! "Y/N!?", The boy with the red marks shouted. She looked up at them and giggled. She walked up to her desk and sat down. Then their two other classmates walked in. They were Sasuke and Naruto. Then Naruto shouted "YOU LEFT US!", he did this while pointing at her.

Y/n's pov

I couldn't help but laugh. He's mad or upset cause I left them both behind. I saw Sasuke pouting.

He looks adorable! Naruto's still pointing at me. "I'm sorry Naruto, I should've ran slower", I can't help but smile. He smiled back.

We laughed it up, soon Sasuke joined too. We sat down and waited for Iruka-sensei. I saw the girls staring at Sasuke with heart eyes. Wow. Iruka-sensei finally came back and started the lesson. I could feel some of the boys staring at me. "Alright, we'll practice on aiming with shuriken and kunai!", We got up again and went outside. I was walking in the hall when the boy with the dog walked with me. "Hey! My name's Kiba!", I smiled

"I guess you know my name already but I'll still introduce myself, my name is Y/n, nice to meet you Kiba!", I could see he grinned. We started talking about random stuff like favorite foods and animals, hobbies, the usual stuff. We stopped when we were finally outside. We were still laughing and smiling like idiots though.

"Alright, I'm gonna put you guys in duos! Don't complain about your partner! Understood!",

"Hai Sensei!", Practically everyone said. He started naming people's names but I was to busy talking to Kiba, Sasuke, and Naruto. I finally looked up when my name was called.

"Y/n and Shino! You two will be partners!", I walked up to a boy with black glasses and a jacket that covered half his face. He isn't moving much so, I poked his head

"Hello? You don't talk much do you?", He didn't answer but I saw lots of bugs come from his jacket.

"Cool!", He looked at me and his bugs stopped.

"What?", He finally spoke.

"Your bugs are cool!", They went back in his sleeves and he was facing me now. "Well partner we gotta start our training!", I grabbed his sleeve and yanked him with me. I stopped around 10 feet away from a target. I turned and looked at him again "Hey c'mon partner! At least speak to me!", I started whining. "Please...?", I gave him my puppy dog eyes, I heard him sigh

"Ok...", I smiled and hugged him.

"Yay! You do talk!", He seemed to be confused right now. "Well Shino, my name is Y/n, nice to mee'cha"!", He nodded.

"Nice to meet you too, Y/n...", I smiled again. I poked his head again "You're so quiet", he seemed embarrassed? I kept poking his head and asking him random questions till the end of the school day. I got scolded for not doing anything though. Anyhow right now it's time to go home and I made two new friends. Kiba, and Shino. I don't think Shino counts me as a friend but I do. I was walking home when I heard crying? I looked behind a tree to see the girl with pink hair crying. I walked up to her.

"Hey, Are you ok?", She looked up at me, and shook her head. I got on my knees and went next to her "What's wrong?", She buried her head in her knees again.

"People keep making fun of my forehead!", She said in between her crying. I just stared at her. I stood up and looked at her.

"Well, don't listen to meanies like that, ok? They don't know you and who knows, you can be the nicest or the strongest girl there is!", she looked at me with tears still streaming down her face. Then she smiled.

"You're right!", She wiped her tears with her sleeve and got up. The she hugged me "Thanks!", She said before running off. Well I don't know her name but I made her happy! I turned around and started walking again.

*10 minutes later*

Finally made it! I closed the door behind me and took off my sandals. I walked towards the bedroom and flopped onto the bed. Then Kashi-san walked

"Hey, how was the academy?", I stayed laying down. I looked up at him though.

"Nice! I made new friends but I'm tired even though I didn't do anything", I could see he sweat dropped.

"Ok", I looked back down. My eye lids felt heavy. Kashi-san put the blanket over me "Goodnight Y/n", finally the darkness consumed me.
