Chapter 13

Y/n's pov

Class is boring. I'll just lay my head down and sleep. I closed my eyes and fell asleep.

*30 minutes later*

"Y/N!", I slowly opened my eyes. I looked up and saw Iruka-sensei looking at me. I smiled and waved at him.

"Hey there Iruka-sensei", he sighed and looked at me again.

"Try to stay up please", I smiled and nodded.

"Okie!", I picked my head up and started to listen. I kinda miss when I could sleep whenever I wanted too. I looked out the window and stared at the village. I'm not to used to this yet.

I miss the forest. I miss my old home. I miss Yuri. I laid my head back down. I want another nap.

I closed my eyes and fell asleep again.

*40 minutes later*

Iruka's POV

"Now then, we'll go outside and practice with the targets again, stay with your partners from last time", I waited until everyone was out. I'm missing a few. I looked over and saw Kiba and Naruto waking Y/n up.

"Kiba, Naruto you two go outside!", they both got up and went outside. I walked over to Y/n and woke her up. She open her eyes and smiled at me.

"Heyo Iruka-sensei!", she waved again.

"Y/n, I already told not to fall asleep again",

"Oh, I'm sorry Iruka-sensei, I've just been thinking about stuff now and it's getting me tired", I sat in the chair next to her.

"Well, what are you thinking about?",

"I don't know, I just feel like there's so many rules in a village",

"What do you mean?",

"Well, this is my first time living in a village and it's weird! I have to listen to what people tell me, I need money to get stuff, there's so many people here, everything is so clean here, there's school, the list is endless!",

"I don't believe all of those were rules heh, but you've actually never lived in a village",

"Nope, this is all to new to me, but! At least I have a chance to be able to have a father again! Heck! Kashi-San can be my mother too!", she doesn't have parents either...

I looked at her. She was smiling at me. She's so happy here. I pat her head.

"Let's get going", she nodded and hopped of her seat. I believe she'll be great student.

Y/n's pov

I ran outside with the rest of my class. I went to my little group of friends. Naruto looked at me and smiled.

"Hey Y/n! What'd you Iruka-sensei talk about?", I shrugged.

"Nothing much", I smiled at him.

"Alright everyone! Back with your same partner from last time", I waved at Naruto and walked towards Shino. I grabbed his hand and went to our target.

"Alright Shino! No playing around this time!",

"You were the-",

"We'll stay focused this time!",

"But-",

"No buts!", I started giggling. "Butt, hahaha, what a funny word", I shook my head and looked at Shino. "Stop saying butt Shino, it's distracting", I heard him sigh and get out some kunais. Oh right! Stop getting distracted me!

Me, Naruto and Kiba were walking to our homes. I stretched out my arms.

"Man, I like training", Kiba shook his head.

"What! It's so much work!",

"Well if you ever wanna get to the top then you have work for it",

"O-oh, I mean! Yeah! I will make it to the top!", Naruto smiled and waved his arms around.

"Same here! Believe it!", I smiled and fist bumped the air.

"You bet! I'll work hard too!", we all stopped when we noticed a small pug with a blue cape walk up to us. "Eh?", he sniffed a bit more and looked up.

"You, Y/n, I'm bringing you home", my bottom lip started to quiver. It talks! I screamed and ran away.

"I'm going crazy! Dogs don't talk!",

"Y/N!", I started jumping on the roofs back home.

After running for a bit I jumped through window into the shared room. I landed on Kashi-San.

"Y-Y/n!? Why are you crying!?", I started pointing outside.

"Talking... dog... I'm crazy...!", he pat my head and picked me up.

"Don't worry, that was just Pakkun", I immediately glared at Kashi-San. I jumped away from him and threw a pillow at him as hard as I could.

"You sent a talking dog after me!?", he got up, mumbling something about how pillows shouldn't be that hard. He held up his hand in front of him.

"I was just worried! No need to get mad! Look, he's harmless", a puff of smoke appeared next to him. It was the dog again. The dog looked at me and picked up it's paw.

"Yo", I started crying again.

"What's wrong!? Why are you crying!?", Kashi-San hugged me. I pointed at Pakkun.

"Not... natural...!", I cried my eyes out until I finally fell asleep.
