"That's another Tiger, we musn't forget what we were really here for, right?" Hunk asked.
The castle ship (with the help of the two tigers) landed perfectly on the rocks.
"Paladins, the Orange Tiger has been located in, on or under that big mountain just there." Coran stated. Hunk glanced at Keith just for a moment. He seemed calm, perhaps.
"Thank you Coran. Pidge, Shiro and Hunk, you will retrieve the Yellow Tiger and get out of there as fast as you can. Lance and Lotor, you will be near the mountain opening, if the mountain falls, you will keep the enterance open for as long as possible." Allura commanded.
A simple thought popped into Hunk's brain. "What about Keith?" Hunk asked. Keith looked up at Allura.
"We have something important to do, you will come too Coran." Hunk watched Lotor arch an eyebrow.
Lotor muttered something under his breath, walking off to the podships with Lance, Shiro and Pidge. "Wait up guys!" Hunk yelled, trailing after them.
So the group set off towards the mountain in a tight bunch inside one podship.
"Stop elbowing me Lance!" Pidge complained. Hunk looked at Lance, expecting a usual comeback. He smirked at Pidge and elbowed her deliberately.
"Uhh guys, is that the mountains we're going to?" Hunk asked. Shiro pulled the podship to a halt.
"Let's get this done with, then." Lotor said, slight irritation in his eyes.
Hunk realised this and tried to lighten the mood.
"Hey guys, I've got a joke. What do you call a bear with no teeth?" Hunk joked.
Shiro smiled slightly. Perhaps he had told Shiro that joke before. Pidge was smiling as well. How many people had he told the joke to?
"A gummy bear!" Hunk joked. Lance laughed and Pidge giggled. Lotor was puzzled. Hunk facepalmed.
"The lolly, get it?" Hunk asked Lotor.
"There are no 'gummy bears' in the Galra empire," Lotor replied.
Hunk felt dissapointed. Galra thing, he reminded himself.
The podship landed and Lance was the first to get out.
"Adventure awaits!" Lance announced.
The rest of the group, including Hunk, got out of the Podship and stepped out.
"We made it!" Shiro confirmed over the coms.
"Good job Paladins, Lotor can you please return to the castle." Allura said over the coms.
Lotor smiled, "As you wish."
Hunk and Pidge went into the cave entrance in the mountain. Shiro had agreed to stay out with Lance.
"Sooooo how'd you get your Tiger to come?" Hunk asked Pidge once they hard started trailing along the surprisingly smooth gravel path. Pidge smiled up at Hunk.
"I just took Allura's advice. If you're stressing about your Tiger not being here. It's ok, he will be." Pidge comforted.
In truth, Hunk was worrying about his Tiger not being there, not accepting him or not even getting to see the Tiger before the mountain collapses, which Allura and the Green Tigeress had suggested would happen if they weren't quick enough. Suddenly Pidge came to a halt.
"What's the hold up?" Hunk asked. Pidge stared forward.
"Look!" Pidge exclaimed. Hunk followed Pidge's gaze.
And there, before their eyes, was The Orange Tiger.
Hello Hunk, I've been waiting for this moment, Orange Purred
"Hey, boy. You are a boy, right?" Hunk asked.
Yes, I am a boy as well as Black, Purple and Blue. Red, Green, White and Pink are girls.
Suddenly a voice cut through. Purple, Hunk thought.
Hello Orange, care to join me on the field? Purple asked
Hunk and Pidge exchanges nervous glances. Lotor was in danger? Could that mean Coran, Princess Allura and Keith were as well?
Hello Purple, I would love to join you on the field, Orange stated.
Hunk and Pidge boarded Orange and set off to join Purple.
