Simon's POV:
All 6 of us were hanging around before first period just talking and joking around.
"Simon can I talk to you?" I heard a small familiar voice from behind me
I turned to see Vik with a sad look on his face.
"Ok" I agreed. Josh gave my hip a squeeze as I walked away slightly following Vik.
We were still in sight of the guys but not close enough that they could hear our conversation.
"I'm so sorry Simon. I didn't mean anything that I said. I was just being a dick and it was uncalled for. I know that Josh isn't using you or being malicious, I don't know why I said that. I don't do well with change and I just didn't want to lose you so I thought pushing you away would hurt less. But I've realised that it still hurt and I also hurt you and Josh which was 10x worse. I guess I was also kinda jealous cause you came out and started dressing like you wanted to and I still couldn't. I'm not trying to use that as an excuse because it was horrible of me, forgive me please"
I pulled him into a hug
"Of course I forgive you. I've known you for so long and you're one of my best friends. No matter I'll always be here for you. Just talk to me next time yeah" I felt him nod against my chest
"You know Josh said that you were probably scared of losing me"
"Really?" He said pulling away. I nodded
"He's a smart one - keep him"
"I plan to. Also you're gay?"
He shook his head
Josh's POV:
"Do you think he's apologising?" Ethan said
"Yeah he is" JJ said
"How do you know?" Tobi I asked
"I don't, it just looks like he did. I mean they're hugging"
We all looked over to them and sure enough they were. I smiled. I'm glad they're friends again
They both came back over to the group. Vik stood next to JJ and they whispered to each other before turning back to the group.
JJ took Vik's hand in his.
"We're dating but neither of us are gay"
