Chapter 1: You dummy!

…Inhale..“I guess… this is it?” Anne closed her eyes. “Finally… I can finally start over again”

Once she got inside she started searching for the principal’s office but to no avail, didn’t, so she asked a student who gladly guided her to the office. After minutes of walking, she was finally in front of the door to the principal’s office, not until thanking the student who guided her.

Knocking twice, she entered the room and was greeted by the principal herself.

“It’s a pleasure having you here Ms. Williams.” The principal greeted. “I hope you have a good time here in Luna Academy.”

“Same to you.” She looked at the principal. “Aunt Claire.” She remarked.

Smiling, the principal stood up and opened her arms widely, gesturing Anne to embrace her.

“I missed you!” Anne said hugging her aunt tightly, missing the days where she and her aunt would play.

She kissed Anne’s forehead. “I missed you too honey.”  She then let goes of her niece not until patting her back which she always do to say that everything’s alright. “So how is the school so far? Are you liking it? Her aunt asked.

Nodding, she replied. “It’s okay.. As long as no one gets in my way, that is.”

Confused, her aunt asked. “What’s that supposed to mean? Is it not to your li-”

“It means I like it.” Anne said while smiling toothily making her aunt laugh at how her niece is still so childish even though she’s so mature. Opening a drawer, her aunt took out a paper and handed it to Anne. “Here, your schedule for the term. Basically you’ll do nothing today so take it easy. If you want, you can even skip today.”

“Wow! A Schedule was handed to a student by the principal herself. I should feel delighted!” Anne faked surprised.

“That’s because your my favourite.” The principal laughed.

“I think I should attend today anyways… just to prepare myself earlier”

“Suit yourself. It’s your loss anyway.” She smirked. “I’m so proud of you Anne; if it’s another student they would have probably accepted my offer and went to wherever they would want to go”

Anne head to the door and walked outside not until poking her head in. “That’s why I’m your favourite after all.” She giggled.

“I’m so dumb” Anne scolded herself. “I forgot to ask a map or where my rooms were!” looking at her schedule again she started walking once more. “Man this school is big.”

“Hey you there!” A teacher asked strictly.                         

Looking behind her, Anne noticed the teacher heading her way.

“Aren’t you supposed to be in your class by now young lady? Are you skipping class?” she asked fixing her eyeglass from falling too low from her eyesight.

“uhhm.. I’m new here.” She showed her schedule to the teacher. “By the way, where can I find this room? I’ve been searching for it since I got here.

“Oh, so you’re the new student? The headmistress’s niece right?” Anne nodded. “Rm 206E is supposed to be in the second floor in the CM building in the east wing. You can go there just by taking this path.” The teacher pointed in front of her. “The school is divided into four buildings; the east wing where you’re heading to, the west wing, and the north and south wing. Labs are located in the south wind, along with the school gym. Have you received your locker now?”
