Part VIII

The day of training at ended and I left to the tavern getting a drink. I then herd the same voice as last night who had chucked the potion at me. I quietly walked up the stairs seeing an elf who was sitting and laughing to herself about something. I walked into the room saying "Why did you do that to me!" He turned and laughed again saying "all you rich tits deserve that treatment!" I glared at her but didn't push the matter just leaving the room. I grabbed a full bottle of whisky and went outside finding Cullen who was playing a game of chess with the inquisitor." He went to stand up before getting told he would loose if he left I smiled before walking over saying "please don't stop because of me." I watched as they played the game but Cullen finally took the win again. The Inquisitor stood up before saying "maybe you can play together he never looses and it gets quit annoying." I laughed and sat down saying "reset the bored Cullen." I looked at the bird before starting the game "so miss (Y/n), what did you do for fun in your child hood?" I moved a different piece before responding "I really never had free time it was all about money and marriage some contracts to." Cullen moved a piece asking again "why do you drink so much then? And it never really effects you." I laughed moving a different piece saying "it's part of my do to my red Lyr— uh magic." I had almost told Cullen about one think I lied about to the inquisition before just taking a sip of the whisky I had. "Hm alright then, you know this is the best chance I have had to get to know you it's uh kinda nice." I smiled up at me saying "yes it really is Commander maybe you want to do something else?" Without looking he moved a piece wrong as I laughed saying "check mate." He looked at the bored saying "that's cheating I was distracted!" I grinned saying "sorry commander cant help you with that but it seems I win." He sighed before resetting the bored saying "fine (Y/n) but you won't be so lucky next time." About ten minutes had passed before Cullen slammed his head into the table in defeat at the third game again. "Looks like I can beat the commander at chess when ever I would like." I stood up and winked at him leaving the garden as he was blushing at the jester. I walked down the stairs and into the great hall where I found the Inquisitor talking with some nobles. "Hey your warship do you know where I can find Ironbull?" He raised his eyebrow before pointing to the tavern "in the tavern would be my best guess if not then probably out beating up something." I thanked him walked out of the hall and to my amazement right into bull who said "you wanted something (Y/n)?" I stepped back from bull saying "I'm going to kill a dragon for some fun want to come?" Bull looked at me before he yelled "Hell yeah!" I laughed and walked down to the stables with bull climbing onto a hose and starting our journey to the storm coast. A wile later we arrived and got to the dragon starting to fighting it, the battle went on with us jumped and dodging around it using our weapons to stab it. It almost roasted me and bull before I got the killing blow to its head. "There we go what a mighty beast and its all dead!" Bull grabbed everything shoving it into his pockets and bag he brought as I did the same, we called our horses back and started back to skyhold laughing and cheering being as loud as possible. We got back at night no later then 9 and took our loot to a merchant to sell it. We split the money but I kept one part of the bone for later. I walked off to the tavern with bull still laughing and being quite loud until we ordered drinks. Later that night we were passed out, I wish I had known but Liliana was searching my room. Liliana walked out holding a small jar with red lyrium shards in it. She quietly left and took it back to Cullen and the inquisitor saying "She has some explaining to do." The Inquisitor asked her "well we can't let her know that we found it she has to be taking it in something." Cullen then said "Her whisky I bet she hides it in that to mask the smell and taste why don't we make a set up?" They all made a plan and started working on it by setting up a card game in the Inquisitors room. Cullen found me at the bar before waking me up saying "come with me I have something to show you." I groaned and grabbed a bottle of whisky before standing up and Cullen helping me to the Inquisitors room. I was about to question it before I saw the Inquisitor and Liliana already waiting at a table with wicked grace set up. I walked over and sat down placing the bottle next to me saying "what's this all about? I was happy drinking myself into a sleeping coma." The Inquisitor laughed before saying "it's just a game for fun." I glanced at him before starting to play. A wile passed before I herd Cullen say "hey (Y/n) can I have some of your drink I didn't bring anything with me." I looked at him before saying "Uh you drink?" He laughed before taking the bottle from me and poring it into a glass. I wanted to say something but kept it to myself knowing that his normal Lyrium would way over power the red one. He took a sip and waited before coughing loudly, did he find out?
