326 days since I joined Planet Fitness. With time I've picked myself up and defeated my mental illness. I'm still pushing forward to this day because I couldn't continue my stillness. At first I started going to the gym 4 times a week, but now I go 6 to 7 days a week. I've found my drug, and I'll continue this new healthy sickness! I continue to record all my workouts, so I can teach myself a lesson. My recorded logs teach me to push myself during my next session. I won't stop! I go through a lot. My therapy? I sweat, and bleed with aggression. Remember, don't rush the progression.

193 days since my oldest brother died... I go through enough in my clogged head. Calories are counted when you burn them off but imagine a device that counted all the tears? Fuck, so many times that I've cried! Turn this brain off, it's probably already fried. I'm epileptic, I'm filled with anxiety and depression. Drain my thoughts out because I hate that these issues coincide. I know in heaven is now where you reside. I love you Johnny, take care of our sister Christina.

22 days left! In 2008 I was hit with a curse. My sister had it first. 11 years later I might be able to get the curse reversed. Soon I'll never have another seizure. After my right temporal lobe surgery, take the piece you've cut out and throw it in the freezer. 3 weeks left, and this feels like such a huge teaser. My neuro says it might help me with remembering things better, and I can improve in many departments. That's great! After surgery, maybe my next cheat meal will be some pizza from Little Caesars. If everything turns out great, I'll be happy till the day I've turned into a cranky old geezer.
