Chapter 14 - His 13 Reasons Why.

Chapter 14.

Everyone falls in love. Sometimes a broken man or woman with a past will seek answers. Sometimes love cures the broken and past, but don't forget that love can be stronger than all existing cancers.

So I hear you want answers... Well I have the reasons. Yes. My poetry is stronger than a Bluetooth connection. Don't keep reading this over and over because your mobile device might keep burning up like one of societies favorite seasons. The day anyone doesn't connect with my words I'll be calling violation, in other words a bucket load of treasons.

Her: Why did you love me?
Him: So many reasons.
Her: You care to elaborate?
Him: Yes, I'll give you 13 reasons why, but do you care to read this?

One... You may feel like the size of a moon, but let's live our lives in the "PM" slash early "AM" because your moon shines brighter than everyone's sun. Let me be the oven in this kitchen, so you can forever be my baked cinnamon bun.

Two... Something about those eyes, behind those pupils I saw a woman with her guard up. You made me want to pursue. My eyes are shiny too. Keep looking at me, because I want my eyeball reflection to always be you. I'll stop blinking if you keep looking into.

Three... Some feel locked while in certain marriages and relationships, but when you're in my presence I become unlocked. Yes I feel free. I control my feelings, you control yours so don't correct mine. When I admit that I love you, don't disagree. I don't wanna use bumble because half a decade ago I found my one and only she.

Four... Time keeps going, there's no stopwatch in life. I'll keep waiting because I have my whole life to pray that we'd restore. Hold on there's more.

Five... One thing is for sure. No matter your attitude or physical condition, when I'm around you I feel so alive. I'm ready to pick you up and going for the longest drive. Im not using the GPS to get to happiness, but eventually together we'd arrive. You're so clever, I love the way you know how to contrive.

Six... I look at you, and there's a story. Nothing is broken, nothing is a quick fix. I wanna be all the tacs in the little container, can you please be all of my tics?

Seven... Looks like I'm almost at reason eleven. When I look at you, something tells me you have a halo, two wings, and a room waiting for you in heaven.

Eight... How many more ways can I tell you that you're great? I love you because we both loved each other the same no matter our weight. You've always been there, you're reliable. I wish that still was the case even though you wanted us to separate. My family still loves you almost as much as I do no matter what becomes our fate.

Nine... I love you so much. It's feeling we're standing on opposite sides in front of a border. I'd enter your country if it meant getting in trouble for crossing the line. You're a person of acceptance, thanks for not giving me a big fat decline. Just because you left me it doesn't mean you can define. Keep showing off that smile, because that thing knows how to shine.

Ten... There's something about you. Something about you makes me want you to always be my now. Never my back then. May 4th, 2019. I'll be celebrating that by myself again. You didn't write on my heart with a pencil. You wrote with ink, with some sort of non erasable pen.

Eleven... I hope you get the point. You've already read seven. I've already rhymed using heaven.

Twelve... I want another memory, let's make an adventure. Let's go hiking till night, If we hear a monster, I'll find you shelter by finding us a self cave or delve. Let's meet on a higher level, like we were the book on the highest shelve.

Thirteen... You're a fresh cup of juice during breakfast, you're a perfectly squeezed tangerine. I know we can stop hopping on each other, neither of our hearts are trampolines. I wish I can fix my mistakes and go back to sixteen. My restart would be epic, a restart that's so unseen. Those kisses complete me, they're such a cuisine!
