This is a fan-made scene where Krillin destroys an asteroid with a combination of a Kamehameha and a Destructo Disc. This is also a short scene.
It makes a Destructo Disc and makes it spin like blades in a blender but much much faster and he propels it upwards using a Kamehameha and it collides with the asteroid.
And it starts cutting and chopping the asteroid into a fine powder.
Think of this scene like the one in Naruto: The Last Movie where Naruto is not there to save the Leaf Village from the asteroid but Sasuke is.
