I wake up to some noise, I freaked out for minute because I forgot where I was. I sat to see Cesar getting dressed

He turned to look at me "I'm sorry, I was trying not to wake you up" he says putting on his shirt

"I should probably get going too" I say getting out of the bed

"No!" He says stopping me "Wait?" I asked

"Just stay here, I won't be long I promise" he says

"Um what are your parents gonna say when they see a strange girl in your room?" I asked

"I don't live with my parents" he says

"I'm sorry" I say

"It's okay, you didn't know" he says

He clears his throat "but my brother going to take me to orientation, til then stay in here and don't leave this room, I'll be back and I'll walk you wherever you want to go" he says

"Okay" I say sitting back on his bed

He opens his door "see you later" he says

I gave him a wave before he closed his door

AN 4 HOURS LATER

It's been 4 hours and Cesar hasn't been back to come get me, I was starting to get nervous hearing the voices

I was sure someone was gonna walk in and see me sitting on this bed

I ate the last sandwich Cesar made for me about 2 hours ago and I'm starting to get hungry again, my anxiety is getting worse by the second

So I tried to distract myself by wondering around in his room, it's a normal teenage boy bedroom with the graffiti decor

A few minutes later of looking at the same thing I got bored, and a crazy idea popped in my head usually I hesitate on my ideas, since my lifestyle isn't safe to act on them

But I'm hungry and Cesar still hasn't came for me, I slowly walked towards the door, I put my hand on the door knob so quietly and steadily

I turned the knob and opened the door at first I was so scared to look, but I took a deep breath and slowly opened the door

When the door made a squeal noise I stopped in place and waited for something to happen but nothing did, I opened the door and walked out of my Cesar's room

I look at my bare feet as I carefully walked into the hallway, I look at everything I know I saw everything for the first last night but I guess because it's brighter out get me a view of everything

I slowly walked closer into hallway, my eyes wondering everywhere when...

"Hey!"

I stopped frozen I look up to see a guy, that's probably Cesar's brother

"quién eres tú?!" He asked in very intense voice of tone

Another guy showed up behind the first guy maybe that's Cesar's brother but that doesn't matter because I did the first thing that popped into head

I ran into the kitchen where another guy was standing, he gave a crazy look, the first two guys ran after me

I then ran outside the side door that lead me to the backyard, the three guys from inside the house chased me out

"captura ese chico!" One yelled making a whole lot chase after me

I ran through the fence that lead me to the front of the house, I started running down the street as fast as my bare feet can carry me

I looked back to see a few was still chasing me, causing to push myself to run faster until I go down an alley to abandon buildings

I slipped through an opening on the boarded up door, I sat the floor covered in glass and try to control my breathing

I hear them in the alley, I cover my mouth so they couldn't hear me breathing, I hear them talking in spanish while looking for me

I stayed still sitting in the floor waiting for a safe time for me to leave
