I was sitting on the floor about to start reading my new book "the maze runner". As I opened the first page, Hayes ran into the room. "Y/n! I'm bored and you're here so can we do something?"
"Well since I have a book that I've been wanting to read for ages but keep putting it off to hang out with you, Im gonna have to say no. Sorry hayes."
"Seriously?! You're ditching me for a wad of paper?"
"Well this wad of paper happens to sound far more interesting right now!"
"Well what's it about then?"
"Apparently, it's about a guy who wakes up in an elevator but he can only remember his first name..."
"So he doesn't know how to talk or poop?" Hayes interrupted.
"...and he ends up in a giant maze with a big group of boys and they have to try and escape but every night the walls close in and whoever isn't in the centre of the maze gets killed," I said ignoring his questions
"That's so cool! Does he escape?"
"Well I don't know, I haven't read it yet!"
"It sounds really awesome, you should probably read it."
"So you'll leave me alone then?"
"Um...no sorry I can't do that. You see. We are all alone and you look like extra pretty today so..."
"I can read?"
"We can kiss?"
"After I read?"
"After we cuddle?" He asked wiggling his eyebrows and smirking.
"Um...no sorry I can't do that"
He sighed and kissed me on the lips before running out of the room.
