Harley begs.
He begs and he pleads and he bargains. Anything to get his brother out of whatever is happening.
Peter's no longer screaming, but occasionally the two of them can hear his sobs and whines echoing through the corridor.
They don't know what's happening or if he's okay or if they'll see him again. They don't know anything.
But it's worse when it falls silent.

"Where's my brother?!" Harley shouts, ignoring the glare Morgan shoots at him. "Bring him back!"
Unsurprisingly, there's no response.
"Bring him back!" Harley yells, standing from the chair. They've been left unhooked because, as Luc said, they're not very dangerous. They couldn't get out if they wanted to. He picks up the chair and throws it as hard as he can at the cell door.
It bounces off harmlessly with a loud bang, making Morgan flinch. Despite being unlocked, she's still sitting in her chair. Her redhead curls are messy and tangled, green eyes bloodshot and tired.
"Lee... Just stop. This isn't getting us anywhere," Morgan murmurs, watching his every move and cataloguing his heaving breaths. "Just sit down. We just have to wait."
"I'm sick and tired of waiting!" he says, turning on her angrily. He throws his arms up and starts pacing the small room. "I'm tired of waiting, Mor! I just- I want him back here even if here is a cell! It's better than whatever the fuck she's doing to him!"
"Your shouting won't do anything to change this," she murmurs, finally bringing herself to her feet. She's never been in a scary situation before so her stomach is still flipping and knotting, fear filling her veins with ice, but she pushes through. "You need to calm down, Lee. There's nothing we can do."
Harley's shoulders drop in defeat, hard exterior crumbling when he lets his sister's words wash over him.
There's nothing they can do. There's no way they can save Peter because they're trapped too. This isn't just Peter's hell, this is theirs too.
Even if they weren't meant to be there, they still are. They've still been kidnapped and they're still being held against their will.
This is terrifying whether or not they're the ones getting hurt.
Morgan's face is soft and gentle as she reaches a hand out to touch Harley's shoulder. Her maternal figure was Pepper Potts so it's no surprise that she's able to put up with everything going on around her. She's got a strong will.
"I know this is scary, Harley, but Peter's going to be okay. He always is," she says.
Harley pulls her into a tight hug, letting himself curl around her protectively. He can't protect Peter, there's nothing he can do to save his brother, but he can take care of his little sister. He can do that much.
"I know. This is going to sound like the stupidest question imaginable, but how are you doing? Like seriously."
She pulls away with another one of her small smiles and nods. "I'm okay, Lee. Honestly. I'm scared and worried, but Dad and Pops are doing to find us. They have to. They haven't hurt me yet."
"That's good. You've been doing a really good job at keeping the attention off yourself. I'm going to protect you, okay? Me and Peter are going to keep you safe until Dad and Pops find us," Harley promises.
"You and Peter keep on saying that," she murmurs, a soft blush touching her cheeks, looking up at Harley through her eyelashes. "You're my big brothers, of course you'll do that... But it's okay if things go wrong, okay? It's not your fault."
