It was a early Monday morning. First day in high school. Of course I was pretty nervous about it. I am usually just that person who is really unpopular and just love reading. Basically I am a nerd.

Izzy on the other hand who is my younger sister. She is really excited to make new friends and she is an outgoing person so she don't find it hard making new friends. Not only that she is also a really pretty lady and boys/girls are all on their knees for her all the time. It's good to have a sibling in school beacuse if you even don't know anyone in school at least you have your siblings. Izzy is just not my sister she is also my best friend.

I slowly and carefully stirred the cereal with the chocolate milk and started to eat it. " Izzy we are going to be late if you don't come down by now! " My best friend Jace said. He is not just my best friend. He was my first ever crush actually. He basically lives in our house now beacuse his parents abandoned him. He still don't know why they did up to this day. One day their parents just knock on our door when we were like 12 and said " please take good care of him " to my mom. After that they never came back. Jace also slowly started to forget about them.

I smiled and looked up from my bowl to see Jace wolfing down his sandwich. After some minutes Izzy came down also wolfed down her breakfast. I also quickly finished my cereal and drink my coffee before getting up. I gave a quick kiss to my mom's cheeks who said " have fun ! "

I smiled and get into the car. My mom is a single mother and the things she does for 3 of us is just amazing. I just hope one day she will find the another right person for her. She brought all 3 of us a car but we always use one car. We are not that rich. We are just middle class family who live happily.

" I am so excited! " I heard Izzy said as soon as I started the car. I chuckled and decided to head to the school. I was really nervous. I was already 18 and I have never had a love life in my whole entire life. I usually don't think about my love life but sometimes I do feel lonely if I see Jace with his girlfriend or Izzy with her boyfriend. I was the only one single. I am gay and my whole family knows about it and everyone accepted it. I actually didn't come out but they all just know by the way I act.

We arrived to the school and we all got down from the car. Izzy and Jace waited as I locked my car. We all walked into the new school. I took a deep breath before entering the school entrance. I can feel Jace smiling at me and I can also feel his right hand on my shoulder. I smiled at him and walked into the hallway. Everyone seems so busy minding their own business. Of course there were some girls that notice us and whispering about us.

I looked down shyly. We all decided to go to the reception but they said that we should go meet the principal. We all went into the principal but we weren't really nervous beacuse we saw a familiar face. The principal of the school was our aunt. Werid I know but my mom said " it's safe to go to a place where people can watch out for you. "

We took our timetable and headed to our classes. Jace and I do have some same classes even though our major aren't the same. I decided to choose art which includes fashion, art, music, and photography. Jace also choose art but his main one was the photography one where my main one is art and music. It's really complicated and that just how it's. Izzy was one class lower than us beacuse she is younger and still haven't finished her year 9.

Jace and I both walked to the class and we were a bit late beacuse we are getting our timetable. We thought that we could sit together but turns out there were seating plans in class. The teacher welcomed us and told us to take place. Jace was with this girl named Clary and I need to take a seat beside this guy named Simon. " You must be Alec! I am Simon! " That dude decided to introduce himself and I was happy that he was also a nerd or else things could go wrong. I just smiled at him and took a seat next to him. I started to took out my stationary and the class was really boring like really boring.

We were already half way in class and there was a knock on the door which interrupted the whole class. Everyone was looking at the door. The door slowly opening and there was a guy. I must admit the guy seems mysterious and beautiful. His style in clothing was really exquisite and he seems like he had a shower in glitter. My eyes were all over him looking up and down until the teacher asked " Magnus bane can I know why you are late to the class? " She asked which snapped me out of my thoughts.

He smirked " sorry Mrs. Susie I was really busy making out with my girlfriend " he said with a sassy tone as a blonde girl slowly entered the room behind him. He smiled and wiped his mouth to clean the lipstick " detention after class?"

" Yes! " The teacher said a bit angrily " please go take a seat Magnus bane " she said a bit mad and angry. I just look at the blonde girl with a werid face and Simon poke my cheeks " you are staring at Magnus bane " he whispered and Simon just looked at him. " Wh- m not " I whispered back slowly. " It's ok your serect safe with me " Simon giggled and I just decided to shook my head and looked up there come Magnus bane trying to find his seat.

I just smiled a little when he turned out and saw me. He looked at me a bit werid and I just look way. He decided to took a seat beside a dude who was wearing a black jacket.

The whole class went pretty good after the whole Magnus entry. I actually managed to take some notes on about the subject and it was really fun.

As the bell rang I decided to keep my things and put my stuff way in the bag. Simon was already done and he was walking to Clary and Jace's table probably he knows Clary. I smiled and put my things away. I throw my bag on my shoulder and look around to see Magnus but he was gone. I didn't know I was pouting until Jace shook my shoulder " are you alright mate? " He asked and I just nodded " let go find Izzy " I said smiling and walked out of the class.
